1 CONTENTS Highlights Globelink West Star is now AEO Certified Highlights Globelink West Star is now AEO Certified d Country Focus Globelink Uniexco We are delighted on the recommendation of Globelink West Star as Authorized Economic Operator by Dubai Customs on 22 nd January 2018, which is yet another milestone after the successful ISO Certification. These recommendations are evident to our pursuit for quality management and process. New Service Advisory Ex Koper to Dubai Others Holidays in March 2018 The Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) program is a partnership between Trade community and Customs, in which actors in the global supply chain can apply for AEO status to receive trade facilitation benefits and, at the same time, verify and increase their level of compliance and security. The AEO concept is a global standard as defined by the World Customs Organization (WCO) SAFE Framework of Standards to Secure and Facilitate Global Trade. More than 70 countries have implemented an AEO program and a significant number of countries are planning or is currently in the process of doing the same.

Our IT capabilities through the website include: Comprehensive Track and Trace system LCL quotation tool, schedules, retrieving HBL and invoices The Track and Trace system allows full traceability of export operations, from origin to destination, and ensures the safe delivery of your cargo. Customers will be able to access pictures of their cargo after it has been delivered into our warehouse, and also able to inform if the end user has removed the goods from the destination warehouse. These unique features distinguish Globelink Uniexco as the market leader at the forefront of technology development amongst the maritime neutral consolidators in Spain. The LCL quotation tool allows forwarders to obtain a quick, accurate and customized quotation for any Import or Export service. Users can customize the quotations with their company logo and include any other information they require such as sailing schedules, LCL rates and contact details of agents/globelink offices. This customized quotation can then be passed on directly to the final client. For Export Service The tool is also able to provide a fast door (Ex-works) quotation online. Forwarders can then make bookings online and receive shipping instructions and confirmation directly via . For Import Service Forwarders can also obtain a schedule with information on the devanning/stripping of the container and pictures for each cargo.
