4 (E) RATE FOR DETENTION OF TRAILERS E(1) - For OWEOWL or OWLOWE Road Transportation for factory stuffing & factory de-stuffing under activity RT1(A) containers sent to factory premises, a normal free time of 12 hours will be given to the customer. E(2) RATES FOR DETENTION TO TRAILERS FOR RT4 (D) FOR OWEOWL ACTIVITY AT ICD/IGU: For Trailers arriving ICD for Export stuffing on OWEOWL basis, the day of arrival will be available as free time and detention charges at the rates given below per day will be applicable for stuffing beyond the free time. This will be applicable for all shipping line containers except for coastal de-stuffed empty containers. The free time for coastal empty containers will be 30 days only and thereafter Rs. 20/- per TEU per day and Rs. 40/- per FEU per day or part thereof. However, in case of coastal de-stuffed containers utilized for export stuffing (Terminal / Factory) utilizing CONCOR services will be given the benefit of 180 days free time (six months) to encourage stuffing/booking through ICD/IGU, CONCOR.
