Cargo status information can be found using Cargo Tracking on Shipments can be traced using Bill of Lading Number, Booking Number or Container Number. Enter reference type from the drop down menu and click Search. Page 1 of 17

2 Has my container been returned empty? Empty return date and time can be found in the Main Info tab. If there is no date and time, the container has not been returned. Page 2 of 17

3 Is my bill of lading customs cleared? AMS release status can be found in the Customs tab. What is my IT Number? IT Number can be found in the Customs tab. Page 3 of 17

4 What is the vessel ETA? Vessel ETA can be found in the Main tab in the Schedule Detail section. Page 4 of 17

5 Where is my container? The current location and status of a container can be found in the Containers tab. When will my container arrive at the inland destination? The estimated arrival at the inland destination can be found in the Main Info tab. Page 5 of 17

6 Has the vessel arrived and discharged? The actual time of arrival (ATA) and actual discharge time can be found in the Main tab in the Schedule Detail section. If no date and time is listed, the vessel has not arrived or has not discharged. Page 6 of 17

7 Where can I find demurrage and detention charges? Click the Demurrage & Detention Tariff Enquiry option under Other Services. Select Region and Bound and click Search. Page 7 of 17

10 Select Tariff Rule under Tariff Enquiry. Select applicable tariff from the drop down menu. For Free Time / Demurrage charges at destination in the USA, select Tariff code 201. Enter Keyword search Free Time/Demurrage and click Search. Locate the applicable rule and click detail. Page 10 of 17

11 For Detention charges at destination in the USA, select Tariff code 201. Enter Keyword search Detention and click Search. Scroll to locate the applicable rule and click detail. Page 11 of 17

16 What is my pickup number? New You must login to your Coscon.com certified user account to access pickup numbers. Pickup numbers will be available when cargo is fully clear. Pickup Number is located in the Main Info tab in the Carriage Overview section. Page 16 of 17
