1 Retractor Tools The MM15, MM50, and FMM50 series Accurate Retractable Systems requires a retractor tool in order to insert and remove the coupons, quills, or atomizers from a high pressure system. Three types of Accurate Retractor Tools are available to meet all your needs for size, cost, and special needs. They provide quick, safe, and light weight insertion and removal under pressures up to 10,000 PSI and lengths up to 15 feet.

2 Accurate Tool Company has been supplying retractable quills, spray nozzles, pneumatic atomizers, corrosion coupon holders and related equipment to the pipeline, oil and gas production, and refining industry for over 30 years. In addition, Accurate Tool Company offers the ability to design and manufacture custom equipment for special application needs. The patented rod locking system is found in all Accurate Retractable Coupon Holders. When the Coupon is placed at the desired depth and alignment then the locking screw is tightened. It securely locks the Coupon and insertion rod in place to 10,000 psi. Insertion rod diameters can be reduced which allows hand insertion of Coupons to 1,000 psi. Accurate Retractable Coupon Holders for high pressure service (above 1,000 psi) require a retractor tool to insert and remove the Coupon. The special Retractor Tool weighs less than 20 pounds and can insert and remove Coupons to 10,000 psi. The special Retractor Tool requires little clearance because it is non-telescoping. Therefore, it can fit into those hard-to-reach places.

Accurate Tool expressly disclaims any warranty for any products damage due to corrosion, abrasion, normal wear and tear, product modification or product misapplication. Accurate Tool also makes no warranty whatsoever as to any goods manufactured or supplied by others and expressly disclaims any warranty therefore. Terms of warranty require that Accurate Tool be provided adequate opportunity to repair or remedy any defects in material workmanship. Accurate Tool retains the sole option to accept return of the goods, with freight paid by the purchaser, and to refund the purchase price for the goods after confirming the goods are returned undamaged and in usable condition. Such refund will be the full extent of Accurate Tool's liability. Accurate Tool shall not be liable for any costs, expenses or damages whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or otherwise. Failure to use genuine Accurate Tool replacement parts shall void this warranty in its entirety. THERE EXISTS NO OTHER REPRESENTATION, WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES EXCEPT AS STATED IN THIS PARAGRAPH.

5 EXL Tool The Special EXL Retractor Tool remains on the MM50EXL or FMM50EXL series retractable system, during the insertion and removal only. One tool can service many Accurate Retractable Systems. It is easily operated by one person. The Special EXL Retractor Tool is used to retrieve or insert the insertion rod or shaft into a pressurized system. It Screws on the 3/4 NPT threads on top of the MM50EXL or FMM50EXL series retractable system. The insertion rod or shaft is then attached to the Special EXL Retractor Tool drawplate. The handle is turned which moves the drawplate either up or down. Designed to make insertion and removal under pressure safe, easy, and quick. The operator works at the side of the retractor tool and does not have to balance himself in precarious positions. Since the Special EXL Retractor Tool directly attaches to the MM50EXL or FMM50EXL series retractable systems, no heavy service valve is required. It also weights less than 20 pounds. Other makes of retrieval tools for 36 insertion lengths weight over 100 pounds including the service valve. The design and operating procedure of the Special EXL Retractor Tool allows simple and easy insertion of insertion rods or shafts to depths of 12 feet. It can easily reach most hard to monitor places. The Special EXL Retractor Tool is only 40 Long and is non telescoping. The Special EXL Retractor Tool can be operated in both standard (up to 48 ) and extra long insertion depths (to 12 ).

Easily operated by one person. The Standard Retractor Tool is used to retrieve or insert the insertion rod into a pressurized system. It Screws on the 3/4 NPT threads on top of the MM15,MM50, or FMM50 series retractable system. The handle is turned which moves the insertion rod or shaft either up or down. Since the Standard Retractor Tool directly attaches to the MM15,MM50, and FMM50 series retractable systems, no heavy service valve is required. It also weights less than 5 pounds. Other makes of retrieval tools for 36 insertion lenghts weight over 100 pounds including the service valve. The Standard Retractor Tool works in any position, vertical, horizontal or upside down.
