The hardest natural material in the world enables you to carry out consistent reproducible measurements on extreme materials, thereby providing you with reliable measuring results in the long term. In addition to this, our probes are now available in even more sizes, so that you can benefit from diamonds in your individual application: the diamond-coated styli are available in the diameters 1.05 / 2.05 / 3.05 / 5.05 and 8.05 mm and the solid diamond styli in the diameters 1.0 / 2.0 and 3.0 mm. Pure precision Ultra-hard ceramic surfaces or extremely soft aluminum alloys: our Diamond!Scan styli demonstrate their advantages where ruby and silicon nitride styli fail because they lose their roundness and accuracy through wear and material build-up. They provide precise measuring results even after many years. What about regular checking, exchanging and cleaning? 3 A full diamond stylus Nothing causes a real diamond to lose its shape - not even extremely hard workpieces made of ceramic or with a hard coating. A universally usable full diamond stylus of the Diamond!Scan brand has high endurance, of whether you use it to scan hard surfaces or to carry out discrete-point probing with high point loading. You obtain ultimate precision with the carefully cut precious stone - for years and years. Laborious inspections and cleaning work are a thing of the past because there are no abraded particles to adversely affect the shape, and no soft material adheres to the stylus surface: the advantages of a diamond. A diamond-coated stylus If soft materials such as aluminum, titanium or copper are deposited on your ruby or silicon nitride styli, their accuracy is put at risk. If your worktime is too precious for you to waste it on regular cleaning and exchanging of the styli, opt for a long-term solution which pays for itself after only a few months. Our diamond-coated stylus of the Diamond!Scan brand cannot be contaminated even when scanning aluminum workpieces. In contrast to the solid diamond stylus, it is equipped with a sphere with a diamond-coated surface. It is an economical alternative to the solid diamond stylus on account of the lower material and processing costs. 8 TEMPAR Know the temperatures - improve accuracy Do you want to get the maximum precision out of your coordinate measuring machine? Create the perfect environment for your machines: keep absolute temperatures, variations in temperature and atmospheric humidity and pressure within the limits specified by the manufacturer. The TEMPAR temperature monitoring system supports you in this task. It monitors the environment of a large number of measuring machines at a number of locations in real time. Nine sensors per room constantly determine an exact temperature profile. One of the temperature sensors is DAkkS-calibrated, the others are factory-calibrated to this. 10 O-INSPECT 543 Fast, easy, direct: Pallets for higher productivity We offer five different pallets, which now have connections for up to four temperature sensors - and at least three good reasons for using them. Our interchangeable pallets for the O-INSPECT 543 measuring machine are available in different versions. The pallets and the matching clamping systems enable you to fix your workpieces quickly and easily in order to carry out optical and tactile measurements. The measuring machine also automatically records the temperature of several workpieces at four points when the pallet is placed in position. This accurate temperature measurement allows O-INSPECT to compensate very precisely for any deviations in the measured values. 11 Five pallets for every requirement The one Space for attachment of the reference sphere holder, the glass standard and the adjustment ring of the O-INSPECT 543 (please order separately) is provided on the calibration pallet All of the requisite drill holes and openings are provided. You can therefore calibrate the measuring machine quickly and precisely. The three-dimensional one The grid pallet with M4 threaded holes with a grid spacing of 25 x 25 mm is especially suitable for clamping workpieces which have to be measured three-dimensionally. You can use our flexible railed clamping system on the pallet to fix your workpieces for the measurement. The cost-conscious one The frame pallet is an economical alternative for clamping workpieces for optical measurements. The new railed clamping system can be quickly and easily attached to the frame. The pallet is available with a clear glass or an acrylic glass pane. The flexible one The adjustable frame pallet is provided with clampable height adjustment screws. You can therefore easily align the surface of the pallet within a range of +/- 0.5 degrees. The railed clamping system can be attached to the frame. The individual one The unmachined pallet made of uncoated aluminium is the basis for in-house application-specific workpiece holding fixtures. The necessary holes can be drilled by the customer. The uncomplicated one The railed clamping system enables you to assemble workpiece holding fixtures for optical and tactile measurements quickly and easily.
