The client just has to provide all his available data, an electrician in support of our technician and he will have to reimburse only the expenses defined in the Q-ADVICE sale proposal. 7 Once the client agrees upon the terms of service, the Ma-estro technicians compile a preliminary survey of the facility to evaluate the production unit. Then the installation of all the control systems takes place on the main areas of the facility in order to keep track of their status; energy consumption and time of operation are tracked as well. The monitoring process takes about 3 weeks, during which all the data are archived on a cloud storage (web server) accessible to the client, who will be able to look at all the stored information at any moment. Once the analysis phase is done, a final report is provided that includes a precise calculation of the production costs and potential problems of the production process itself. In this report the potential yield of every machinery is assessed depending on the type of processed material. During the monitoring phase the client will be able to keep track of the production process in real time. A dedicated web page archives all the collected information and automatically delivers daily reports via at the end of each working day.

8 THE SERVICE STEP BY STEP INFORMATION COLLECTION The client provides the Ma-estro consultants with the production data and the technical specifications of the facility TECHNICAL SURVEY The Ma-estro technicians survey the facility in order to determine which machinery needs to be monitored CONTROL SYSTEM INSTALLATION Control sensors are installed on the machinery; electricity usage gauges are installed as well PRODUCTION MONITORING Information relative to production data, energy consumption, and machine efficiency is collected for a period of up to 4 weeks, while accounting for the type of material produced FINAL REPORT The Ma-estro consultants analyze all the data and prepare a detailed report to highlight all the critical spots and the true production potential of the facility COST ANALYSIS An analysis of the true production cost per ton of produced material is compiled; the cost distribution is split in percentages among energy, maintenance, personnel and machinery OPTIMIZATION VERIFICATION A simulation of the variable production costs is performed, assuming automated systems for the management of the facility
