FreeWeigh.Net is an ethernet based network solution for weighing with balances, dynamic checkweighers and other devices in an automated quality control process. Using samples from the yogurt container filling process, FreeWeigh. Net analyzes the key quality parameters identified for the product using standard statistical methods. After examining results and specific work instructions in the system, operators make the necessary adjustments to control the variations in the filling process, ensuring product giveway is minimized.
