Subscriber- customer who has an auto order subscription with the company. Volume- Every dollar spent on products purchased through a independent protege replicated website. New Customer- customer (not eligible for commissions) that has purchased products through a rego Protege's replicated website for the first time within the last 30 days. Personal Volume (PV)- Personal volume is any volume from your personal purchases and your personal customers purchases. The first $110 will always be used to qualify you for minimum qualifications of the compensation plan. nything over $110 will be designated as co-op or customer commissions. Team Volume (TV)- The volume of both customers and MP's only including your direct line of sponsorship. Group Volume (GV) - Volume from all sources including volume placed by upline, Team Volume (TV), and personal volume (PV). CC (rego Customer Co-op)- structured system allowing for a bonus to be paid on every product purchased over the qualifying $110PV. NCP (New Customer Pool)- pool of 25% of all NEW CUSTOMER purchases for the last month.

4 REGO LIFE 7 WYS TO ERN Enroll Customers 50% of Customer CV will be paid to rego Protege's in multiple ways. Here are the different ways customer commissions are paid. While every dollar counts toward your team building qualification and bonuses, the 50% dollar for dollar commission is paid out on the customer commission model. 25% of Customer CV will be paid to the enrolling Marketing Partner. (Paid Weekly) 25% of all NEW CUSTOMERS first order CV, funds the New Customer Pool (NCP). (Paid Monthly) 25% of Subscriber (monthly customer) orders fund the rego Customer Co-op. (CC) (Paid Monthly) Build a Team 50% of product purchased by a rego Protege will be paid to rego Protege's in multiple ways. Here are the different ways Protege's commissions are paid. 25% First Order Bonus on your personally sponsored Marketing Partners new enrollments up to 110PV. 5 MRKETING PRTNER RESIDUL COMMISSION rego Life provides the potential for powerful longterm residual income. Building a team of rego Marketing Partners (MP) you can quickly access up to 10 levels of over-rides, access lifestyle rewards, incentives, and with qualification, even access infinity depth with our infinity pools. Here's how the Marketing Partner Residual Commission (MPRC) works. 25% and Team Volume Level Pay ll newly enrolled MPs pay out a 25% commission directly to the enrolling MP up to 110PV. Upon becoming an MP you immediately have access to 10 levels of compensation. To be qualified for all 10 levels of pay, you must have $55PV or one purchased product from you or your customers. We have eliminated the idea of only accessing a few levels based on qualification. When you enroll just one MP no matter how large their organization becomes you earn 10 levels of compensation. The Denali Pool The Denali Pool is an additional 2% of company volume every month. Global Executive and above qualify, and each receive a pro rated share of the pool based on their total Team Volume in 15 levels. The Everest Pool lso known as the mbassador Pool, the Everest Pool is an additional 1% of company volume every month only divided by mbassadors. Each receiving a pro rated share of the pool based on their total Team Volume to infinity. *Personally Qualify with either 2 legs, both having minimum rank, or, 3 legs, all 3 having minimum rank. Must be personally sponsored & separate legs. Qualification for ranks can not be more than 60% in one leg.
7 NEW CUSTOMER POOL (NCP) Maximize Your Shares New Customer Pool (NCP) & Your First 60 Days rego customers are the most important part of our business, and the first 60 days in rego are especially lucrative when you focus on customer enrollment. The rego's New Customer Pool (NCP) puts 25% of New Customers order, company wide, during each commission period, into the pool. In addition to the 25% customer commission each rego Marketing Partner who enrolls a new customer receives shares in the pool based on when they enrolled as a Marketing Partner. new rego Marketing Partner has the biggest advantage in the pool. ssigning Shares Time as a Marketing Partner The NCP WHERE TO STRT Shares per NEW CUSTOMER (Per Product Ordered) 0-48 HOURS DYS DYS 2 60 DYS % of products ordered in a 30 day commission period by a new customer goes into the pool. t the end of the period, the entire dollar total of the pool is divided by the total number of shares issued. Each share is then worth the total dollar amount, and each share is then paid out in a NCP bonus! EXMPLE OF NCP s an example if the entire company enrolled 1,000 new customers in one month, and each customer purchased $110 dollars (2 products), the total in sales would be $110,000. The Pool would take 25% or $27,500 would go into the pool. Remember this is on NEW customers only. If 800 customers were enrolled by rego Marketing Partners (MPs) who were past 60 days (1 Share each product) in the business equalling 1600 shares, and 100 customers were enrolled by MPs days (2 Shares each) in the business equaling 400 shares, and 50 customers were enrolled by MPs enrolled 2-30 days (3 shares each) in the business equalling 300 shares, and the remaining 50 customers were enrolled by MPs 0-48 hours (4 shares each) equalling Commissions Paid 400 shares. The total numbers would be as follows. 25% Total money in pool = $27,500 Total shares given = = 2,700 $27,500 divided by 2700 = $10.19 per share. Company Share 50% new MP enrolled one new customer (2 Products) in the first 48 hours after enrollment. For that they earned 25% commission that week ($27.50). t the end of the month they would recieve 8 shares of the pool totaling 8 x = $ Creating a total commission of $ s you can see the NCP gives the new Marketing Partner a huge advantage as our sales force grows. This is for example purposes only. Pool results as well as individual results will vary. NCP 25%
8 THE REGO CUSTOMER CO-OP (CC) YOUR NEXT STEP-TIMING Your income potential is affected by timing in two ways. First, as indicated above, the shares you receive in the New Customer Pool are dramatically impacted by how quickly you enroll new customers. (NCP) Second, your long term income potential is affected by how quickly you CTIVTE a position in the rego Customer Co-op (CC). This is done when you have enrolled 3 monthly customers. This position is yours as long as you are active ($55PV) and in good standing. CC Example Remember the CC pays commission on customer and MPs purchases over $110PV. ll purchases up to $110PV are paid differently (MPRC) and is explained in the following pages. In the below examples, everyone has their 3 customers and 3 Ps except the first person on the left on the second row. This person is activated but not qualified. Because the position is not qualified the CT commission will pay with the activated level below. So your position would now pay level 1 on 4 MPs plus the non qualified MPs customers. Third, in order to QULIFY (get paid) your CTIVTED position in the CC you must help 3 Personal MPs each CTIVTE their CC positions simultaneously leveraging the NCP. The CC Customer orders pay the enrolling MP 25% commission on purchases. The first 30 days a NEW customer goes into the NCP. fter the first 30 days 25% of subscriber purchases are paid through the CC for those who have ctivated and Qualified their positions. ONE COMPNY CO-OP.25 Pays on every product purchase/customer based on activation timing, no matter where the sale came from..25 Pays in a match on any personally enrolled qualified Marketing Partners. Compression to generation 1 B B B B B B CC original structure is 3X13. CC commissions on customers are compressed into the position of ctivated and Qualified MPs. If for example an MP has 2 monthly customers, but that MP never qualifies or activates their position, the CC commissions for that period, will be compressed with the next ctivated and qualified MP. In other words the CC matrix only counts a level when a position is QULIFIED. Each position will have potential of having different numbers of commissionable customer volume with a minimum of 3 in each Qualified postion. Each purchased product pays $1 per level per product divided in 3 ways. This means every Qualified position is worth at least $3 in commission. Compression to generation 1 B B B B B B PERSONL CO-OP EFFORTS.50 On every customer in your personal genealogy down 13 generations. B Customers Qualified Position ctivated Position CT Level 1 CT Level 2
9 THE REGO IPD Now that you are activated and qualified in the CT. Your next focus should be to become rego ipad qualified. To qualify for the ipad you need to have at least $2500 in team volume, CT activated and qualified, and in your first 60 days*. MNGER IN 60 $5000 in Monthly Group Volume CT Qualified Maximum 60% from one personal enrollment leg. (MP) First 60 Days from Enrollment *MPs have two 30 day windows with days 1-30 beginning on your enrollment date, not a calendar month.
