6 Band/Artist Agreement Guidelines: Our Creative Artist Bias: Catty Town is committed to supporting the creative people in our community, our policies include: 1. Only Bands and Artists active in Roots Music will be allowed to trade in Catty Town. 2. We offer all creative artists and manufacturers potential exclusivity for their brands, products and creations. They also have the option to give approval to other traders to also sell their goods under license. 3. Use your existing customers to create activity on your product cards and get them viewed by more platform users outside your existing customer base using our social influence rewards system. Manufacturer/Traders: Many businesses active in our community combine a wholesale and retail business model, and they have several options to consider when signing up to our trading system: 1. Retain exclusive rights to sell all their own brands in Catty Town. 2. License their products and brands to one other key partner, e.g. both recording artist and record label would have license to sell recorded music in Catty Town. 3. License their products and brands to some or all of their existing dealer network. Geo-location could be used to create regional teams. 4. Allow fully open trading, any re-seller holding their stock can sell on Catty Town. You should take some time and consider which approach is best for your business! Re-sellers: 1. All non-manufacturing re-sellers can use our trading systems for original vintage products, dead stock, one-off items and current repro stock where they have been given approval to trade by the brand owner. 2. Where possible, re-sellers should contact their own suppliers and ask for permisssion to sell their products in the Catty Town system. 3. If a re-seller signs up to use our trading system and discovers none of their stock is eligible for trade under these guidelines, their account will be be de-activated and any costs reimbursed. The Trading License: 1. There is no charge to join Catty Town. 2. A Trading License may be required to sell merchandise in Catty Town. 3. The cost of the Trading License will be set out in the User Agreement. All Bands & Artists that sign up before the platform goes live, will be active in the system when we switch on and will have special status as part of our Early Adopter Team. All EAT members will qualify for special rewards as the platform grows and flourishes. 6
