13 Reference History and Launch The OPTAVIA Recognition Program was launched in July OPTAVIA rewards were gifted to achievers for highest achieved rank performance as a Take Shape For Life Health Coach between March June 2017 in celebration of the first-ever OPTAVIA Convention. No other rank rewards will be given for retroactive performance. Accelerated Performance Starting with July 2017 Recognition, achievers qualifying at a rank higher than the next highest rank per the OPTAVIA Integrated Compensation Plan ( skipping Rank ) will receive all rewards between their Recognition Title Rank and the new highest rank achieved. For example, if a Coach is an existing Manager who qualifies at Director Rank, then they would receive an Associate Director and Director gifts. The same process applies to Integrated Ranks once an Integrated Rank (or higher Integrated Rank) is met for three consecutive months so that achievers will receive all gifts and milestone pins as they progress through their Coaching journey! Recognition at Events Achievements between July February are recognized at Go Global. Achievements between July June are recognized at Convention. If achievement falls within July February window and is recognized at Go Global, then achiever is highlighted via condensed Recognition at Convention. Special Recognition Legacy milestones are recognized at OPTAVIA Convention according to the calendar year which corresponds to each milestone. For example, if one activated as a Coach in 2013, they would be highlighted at OPTAVIA Convention 2018 for 5 years. Coaches are highlighted for Legacy every 5 years following Coach activation (i.e. 5 years, 10 years, etc.) IMPACT milestones are highlighted at the OPTAVIA Convention following the specific IMPACT milestone being reached. For example, a Coach reaches 100,000 lives impacted in May, they would be highlighted at OPTAVIA Convention that coming July.
