USE OF VEHICLE The rented vehicle shall only be used within the city limits. 2. RENTAL PAYMENT The client shall pay the entire rental fee depending on the set number days before taking the vehicle. 3. DELAYED OR FAILED DELIVERY In case the client fails to return the rented vehicle on time, he/she shall be charged an additional hourly rate of $20 plus a $50 fine. 4. VEHICLE CARE The client shall be responsible for taking care of the rented vehicle and to make sure that it remains in the condition it was in when he/she first rented it. 5. LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE, BREAKDOWNS, OR LOSS OF VEHICLE. In the event that the rented vehicle incurs any damage or gets lost while in the possession of the client, he/she shall be charged depending on the total amount of damage incurred. Failure to comply with these general terms and conditions shall lead to immediate termination of services from Camelot Car Rentals and a $500 fine. 2
