1 P&G Vicks CVS Test Sinex Daytime Cy 4 Maintenance Instructions Job Number: PC: 8816 Objective Reps will be conducting maintenance visits for the Sinex Gravity Feed Banners. If you were unable to install the Banner during your first visit you will be installing it during this maintenance visit. Reps will conduct audits, refill banner with product, check for price accuracy on printed tag, and replace tag if necessary. No Material Sent to Reps this Cycle ***SPECIAL NOTE: It is imperative Reps refer to the NOTES SECTION (1 and 2) in their HH to determine the version(s) of material they should have received for each store (See below example that can be found in the Task Execution Screen). Reps must check they have all components BEFORE arriving at the store for their visit** Store Note Description: Store Note 1: Film # xxxx Step 1 Sinex Daytime Banner: -If for any reason you could not install the banner during your last execution, proceed to step If you have previously installed the banner during your last execution, proceed to the following: Go to one of the 3 placement options where banner was installed. 1) In the middle of the Sinus / Allergy section 2) In front of any Sinex product 3) In front of any Lysol product Determine if the unit is still installed. If the unit is not installed, continue with audit portion and skip section 2. Audit how many units are in the banner and enter into survey. Determine the number of new products you will need to fill the unit keeping in mind the amount that fit into the unit depending on the size of the banner you installed.
2 If you have a 5 x18 size banner, place up to 9 units. If you have a 5 x12 size banner, place up to 6 units of Sinex Daytime Product. o Leave at least ONE unit on shelf o Even if there are 0-1 units on shelf, still install the empty banner o Do not place any other unit in the Sinex Daytime banner other than the Sinex Daytime 24 ct. (UPC ) o IF THE PRODUCT IS NOT FOUND IN DISTRIBUTION (NO PRODUCT ON SHELF, NO SHELF TAG FOUND) PLEASE HOLD ONTO YOUR BANNER UNTIL YOUR NEXT SCHEDULED VISIT. DO NOT COMPLETE STEP 2. Please be sure to take an image of the shelf set verifying that the product is not in distribution. Proceed to the Cough/Cold Aisle of the store Locate Sinex Daytime 24. Ct (UPC ) and enter in survey how many products are on shelf. Do not place any other unit in banner other than the Sinex Daytime 24. Ct (UPC ) Answer in survey how many units were placed in banner. If price tag is on the banner from previous visit, confirm if the price is still accurate, and matches the price on shelf in the cough/cold aisle. If price tag is missing, or the price tag is inaccurate, proceed to step 2. Step 1.1 Banner was not installed during last visit, and needs to be installed: Proceed to the Cough/Cold Aisle of the store. Locate Sinex Daytime 24. Ct (UPC ) If product is not found on shelf please work with store personnel to determine if it is in another location in store other than the backroom. If there are 0-1 units on shelf, please do not take any units from shelf. Do not place any other unit in banner other than the Sinex Daytime 24. Ct (UPC ) o If there are no products on the shelf, please install the empty banner in locations specified under Installation Instructions o Enter total amount found on shelf within your survey. o If for any reason Sinex Daytime is found in a locked case please hold onto your banner until your next scheduled visit. You will be installing the unit with product in an alternate section of the store from where you located the Sinex Daytime originally. (Refer to placement instructions below). If you have a 5 x18 size banner, place up to 9 units. If you have a 5 x12 size banner, place up to 6 units of Sinex Daytime Product. o Leave at least ONE unit on shelf o Even if there are 0-1 units on shelf, still install the empty banner. o Do not place any other unit in the Sinex Daytime banner other than the Sinex Daytime 24 ct. (UPC ) o IF THE PRODUCT IS NOT FOUND IN DISTRIBUTION (NO PRODUCT ON SHELF, NO SHELF TAG FOUND) PLEASE HOLD ONTO YOUR BANNER UNTIL YOUR NEXT SCHEDULED VISIT. DO NOT

INSTALLATION Directions: Please be sure to refer to the separate Installation directions located within the HH. Answer in survey how many units were placed in banner. Placement below: Placement Options Clip Instructions 1) In the middle of the Sinus / Allergy section 2) In front of any Sinex product ShelfTalk Clamp (either part # SHEA013 or SHEA016) 3) In front of any Lysol product Step 2 Scan Coordinator Interaction: If price tag on banner matches the price tag on shelf, you can skip this section. 1. Please follow the steps below if: a. There is a price discrepancy between the price tag on the shelf and the price tag on the banner b. Installed banner did not have price tag c. Newly installed banner needs price tag 2. Locate the Scan Coordinator and ask them to print a price tag for the banner(s) you installed. If unable to speak to Scan Coordinator, work with the Health and Beauty Manager or the Store Manager. 3. If Scan Coordinator prints a price tag, please place on the banner and follow the placement instructions shown below: 4. You should attempt to install the unit even if you are unable to obtain a price tag from the scan coordinator.

5 5. Please take a photo of the installed banner(s) with product regardless if you were able to get a Price tag o Picture is preferred with price tag if possible.
