1 Information and Application Form January/2018 International Youth Travel Card IYTC Stop Press: NEW PRICES FOR THE IYTC from 05 February 2018 : MYR plus GST MYR 1.80 = MYR The International Youth Travel Card was introduced more than 20 years ago to make it easier for young people to save money at home and abroad. The IYTC is issued to young people who have not reached their 30 th Birthday. The definition of youth vary from country to country and in order to provide the IYTC to the larger youth population, we have changed the eligibility to anyone not reached their 30 th Birthday. The benefit providers may however define variable ages for the benefits they wish to accord to IYTC holders. Most European countries recognised youths as those below 26years but this may not be the same in other countries. In Europe, youths get a wide variety of benefits in cultural sites, transportation by rail, bus and air, shops, restaurants, attractions, entertainment etc. Visit for IYTC discounts worldwide. 2 MSL Travel Sdn Bhd is the Exclusive Representative-ER for the IYTC in Malaysia. How to become an IYTC holder If you are a youth, below 30 years old, you are eligible to become an IYTC holder. Simply complete the application form and either post it or take it to your nearest MSL Travel office. In addition to this form, the following items are required: Proof of your youth status your identity card or passport stating the date of birth. You must not have reached your 30 th Birthday to be eligible for the IYTC Completed application form ONE passport size photo (scanned/digital photos are unacceptable unless applying online) MYR GST included payable to MSL Travel Sdn Bhd/price until 04Feb18 MYR GST included payable to MSL Travel Sdn Bhd/price from 05Feb18 Postal Applicants pay MYR / MYR 37.10* GST included and the IYTC will be sent to you by registered mail to your address in Malaysia *price from 05 February 2018 VALIDITY: The IYTC is valid for 12 months from the date of issue or until your 30 th Birthday Postal Applications must be sent to: MSL Travel Sdn Bhd 66, Jalan Putra Kuala Lumpur, MALAYSIA Tel: Fax: contact@msltravel.com If your application is incomplete, it will be rejected. If you apply by mail, how fast you get IYTC depends on the postal services.
