3 Program Features Trade in your mobility devices in Premier and earn credit on your AT&T account. Now, company administrators can easily trade in mobility devices in bulk through Premier, including eligible tablets, laptops, and wearables. Trade in up to 10 different device types for a total of up to 25,000 devices on the same form. AT&T Business Trade-In Program Submit additional quote requests if you have more than 10 device types; maximum 10 device types per form. Receive a final quote of trade-in value within 1 business day of submitting a request. Receive pre-paid shipping materials to return your devices to AT&T. Earn credit for these devices on your billing account within 1 2 billing cycles. 3

4 Access the new Trade-In Program in Premier The AT&T Business Trade-In Program can be conveniently accessed from Premier Online Care (POC) and Premier Online Store (POS). Premier Online Care On the Premier homepage MANAGE tab, under Account Management, click Trade-In Program. Also, on the View Account Information page, under Quick Links, you can click Trade-In Program (not shown). Premier Online Store On the Let s Get Started page, at the top right of the page, click Trade-In Program. This link is available on all shopping pages. 4

5 Easily submit a quote request (1 of 2) Select your device. On the AT&T Business Trade-In Program web form, select the device you want to trade in. This includes the manufacturer, make, capacity, and wireless carrier. Get the estimated trade-in value of your old device. Click Get Trade-In Value. Premier returns the estimated trade-in value of your device. This is the maximum value for a device in good condition. Enter the number of devices you want to trade-in, and then click Add to Request. You can add up to 10 different device types for up to 25,000 devices on the same form. If you have more than 10 device types, you can submit additional quote request forms. 5

6 Easily submit a quote request (2 of 2) Review your summary. Validate the information in the Trade-in Summary. Enter contact details. Enter your contact information, including your Foundation and Billing account numbers. Click Submit and you ll see a Success message. To start a new quote request, click Continue Trade-In. A representative will your final quote within 1 business day. 6

7 More information For a device to be eligible, you must be the sole and rightful owner of the device being traded in. If you re trading in an AT&T Next device, the balance must be paid in full. You can trade in devices from other carriers. Simply select the carrier when choosing your device in the quote request. The AT&T Business Trade-In Program is available on all eligible Premier sites. If you don t want to include this program on your site, please contact your AT&T representative. After you submit your quote request Within 1 business day of submitting your trade-in quote request, you ll receive the final quote by . After you accept the quote and the terms and conditions, you ll receive pre-paid postage shipping materials to send your devices to AT&T. Your AT&T account is credited after the trade-in devices are processed. This usually takes 1 2 billing cycles. 7
