ELIGIBILITY: The Poland Spring Brand 100% Natural Spring Water Double Down Sweepstakes ( Sweepstakes ) is open only to legal U.S. residents of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island and Vermont, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees (and household family members of such employees) of Nestlé Waters North America Inc. ( Sponsor ) and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and their affiliates are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void outside the United States and where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. 2. TERM: The Sweepstakes begins at Midnight ET on April 1, 2017, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on May 1, 2017 ( Sweepstakes Period ). 3. TWO (2) WAYS TO PARTICIPATE: A. Twitter: To participate via Twitter, log on to your Twitter account and Then, compose a new Tweet that includes your reason for doubling down (i.e., grabbing two 1-Liter bottles of Poland Spring Brand 100% Natural Spring Water) along with the hashtags #WhyIGrab2 and #PSSweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period to receive one (1) entry. Entrants must include both hashtags in their Tweet in order to earn an entry. Use of the hashtags constitutes your unconditional acceptance to these Official Rules. If you are determined a potential winner, you will be notified via Direct Message as outlined in Section 9 (DRAWING) below. To receive the Direct Message, the potential winner must be following Poland Spring via the on Twitter. Entrants participating via Twitter must have a public Twitter account (uncheck Protect My Tweets in your settings if you have not already done so) in order for Sponsor to receive your entry. You must have your account public through at least June 30, 2017, for Sponsor to locate the entry and contact you if you are a potential winner. Entries posted by a protected Twitter account will not be recognized or be eligible to win. To become a registered Twitter user, go to and follow the instructions to become a user. Becoming a registered Twitter user and entry into the Sweepstakes is free, but is subject to acceptance of Twitter s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, available at and respectively. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by May 1, 2017, and received by May 8, Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, illegible, mutilated, stolen, misdirected or postage-due mail. 4. ENTRY LIMITS: Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the method of entry. A re-tweeted Tweet will not count as an entry and multiple Tweets will not result in multiple entries. Entrants may only use one (1) Twitter account registered in his/her name to participate in this Sweepstakes. Any person who attempts to enter using a Twitter account not registered to him/her or uses multiple Twitter accounts will be disqualified and any prize won may be forfeited, subject to Sponsor s sole discretion. In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of any entry based on a Twitter account, the entry will be declared made by the Registered Account Holder of the Twitter account submitted at time of entry. Registered Account Holder is defined as the natural person who originally registered to the Twitter account. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned and the Sponsor has the right to dispose of the entries at Sponsor s discretion. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects. 5. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: By submitting an entry via Twitter, you agree that you own all the rights in the Tweet submitted with your entry. The entry and the Tweet must be original and not copied, in whole or in part, from any other source (this includes but is not limited to re-posting or re-tweeting the entry). Entry may not: (1) be obscene, indecent, violent, racial, pornographic, threatening or contain profanity or material that is offensive or portrays Sponsor s brands negatively or violate any law or otherwise be inappropriate; (2) display any dangerous, unsafe or hazardous activity; (3) contain personal information about any person (i.e., identify telephone numbers, social security numbers, account numbers, names, license plates or addresses); or (4) infringe the intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights, or any other legal or moral rights of any third party and must not defame or disparage any third party. Sponsor grants entrant the limited right to use the Poland Spring trademarks and logos solely in connection with this Sweepstakes, pursuant to these Official Rules. All rights and goodwill in any entry using Sponsor s trademarks will inure solely to Sponsor. Tweeting a photo along with your entry is optional and not a requirement of entry, but if you do, you must have permission to take and post photos of anyone who appears in your photo. If someone in the photo is a minor in his or her state of residence, you must have the permission of his or her parent/legal guardian to take and to post the photo with his or her image in this Sweepstakes. Neither the content of the entry nor Sponsor s re-publishing of the entry have any bearing on winner determination. Entries are not being judged, but will be reviewed to ensure compliance with these Official Rules. 6. GRANT OF RIGHTS: Each entrant retains ownership of his/her entry. Upon submission of an entry (and anyone depicted in the entry), entrant hereby grants to Sponsor and its affiliated companies and designated agents a non-exclusive, transferable, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, unconditional, fully paid license and right (a) to re-publish or re-tweet and to make, have made, use, copy, reproduce, modify, and create derivative works of the entry and any materials provided by the entrant with the entrant s entry or otherwise through the Sweepstakes, (b) to publicly perform or display, import, broadcast, transmit, distribute (directly and indirectly), or license the entry (and derivative works thereof), and (c) to sublicense to third parties the foregoing rights, including the right to sublicense to further third parties. Additionally, each entrant consents to the use of his/her name, Twitter handle, statements, photos, voice recordings and likenesses of himself/herself in the entry for publicity purposes, as well as any other purpose associated with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may choose,

3 in its sole discretion, to re-post any entry or entries on one or more of its social media accounts, on its website or elsewhere in any other media. Should Sponsor choose to do so, such re-posting is for entertainment, advertising and informational purposes only and will have no bearing on the selection of the winner(s) nor does such re-posting constitute any representation that a given entry is eligible for the Sweepstakes. The preceding grant of rights runs concurrently or may be subject to any rights retained by Twitter, as applicable. Entrant waives any Moral Right of Authors (Droit Moral) in the entry. Entrant further agrees, upon Sponsor s request and without compensation, to sign any and all necessary and appropriate documents so as to effect, perfect or record such license rights. 7. PRIZES: Three hundred fifty (350) winners will each receive a $25 prepaid Visa Reward Card. ARV of each prize: $25. TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $8, ODDS: Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of valid entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. 9. DRAWING: Potential prizewinners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about May 15, 2017, from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor will attempt to award all prizes provided there are a sufficient number of eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by an independent judging agency whose decisions are final and binding. For winning entries submitted via Twitter: Potential winners will be contacted via a Direct Message from Sponsor at the Twitter account used to participate in the Sweepstakes, and Sponsor will request that the individual complete a prize claim form. The potential prizewinner must complete the prize claim form provided by Sponsor within the date and time specified in the notification, otherwise the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected, if feasible. Prize claims received after the deadline specified in the notification will be disqualified. For winning entries submitted via the mail-in method of entry: Potential winners will be contacted via postal mail at the address provided on the mail-in entry form. Potential winners must respond to the notification within the time specified in the notification or the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. All winners may be required to complete an Address Confirmation/Winner s Release or any other requested documents as a condition of receiving a prize, except where prohibited by law. If a winner is an eligible minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, prize may be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winner set forth herein. Failure to return any documents by the date specified by the agent will result in forfeiture of the prize in its entirety and another potential winner may be selected, if feasible. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and, if feasible, an alternate potential winner may be selected. Only two (2) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain unawarded. Prizes will be fulfilled within approximately 8 10 weeks after winner is confirmed and verified. 10. PRIZE CONDITIONS: No substitution, assignment or transfer of prize will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with cash or another prize of comparable or greater value. Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. Any difference between the stated ARV of a prize and the actual value of a prize at the time of award will not be awarded. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. By entering this Sweepstakes and accepting a prize, winner consents to use of his/her name, photograph, voice recording and likeness for publicity purposes by Sponsor without additional compensation or permission, where permitted by law. Sponsor is not responsible for any inability of the winner to accept the prize in accordance with these Official Rules. Prizes may vary from those depicted in promotional materials and are used for illustrative purposes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor is not responsible for (i) lost, late, misdirected, postage-due or incomplete entries, whether caused by entrant, printing errors, or by any of the equipment, or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (ii) printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials; and/or (iii) any computer, online, telephone, mail or technical malfunctions, delays or human errors that occur in the processing, transmission or receipt of entries, or for inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, inaudible, lost or delayed by computer/telephone/mail transmissions or any injury or damage to persons or property, including, but not limited to, entrants computers, phones, hardware and/or software, which may be caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrants participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, redemption, or use of any prize. Under no circumstances will more prizes than those set forth in these full Official Rules be awarded. If a technical error (including, but not limited to, programming, printing or prize notification) or seeding error, or any other error occurs that results in more potential winners than available prizes, Sponsor may elect to hold a random drawing from all eligible claims received to award the indicated number of prizes for the prize in dispute. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In the event Sponsor terminates the Sweepstakes prematurely, it will conduct a drawing from all eligible entries received prior to the effective date of termination. Sponsor also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be violating these full Official Rules or suspected of attempting to disrupt or defraud the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, the use of any robotic, automated, macro, script, program or automatic entry method, and Sponsor may prosecute or seek other legal redress against anyone suspected of engaging in these acts. 12. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By entering, all entrants agree that (a) Sponsor, Twitter and each of its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and the officers, directors, agents, employees of each and all others associated with the development, administration, execution, fulfillment or advertising/promotion of this Sweepstakes are hereby released from any and all liability with respect to, or in any way arising from, this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, bodily injury, death, damages, property damage or loss; (b) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys fees and court costs. 13. GOVERNING LAW: By entering, entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these full Official Rules, entrants rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Connecticut, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts for Stamford, CT. 14. PRIVACY POLICY: Any personally identifiable information collected during this Sweepstakes will be collected by Sponsor and used by Sponsor, its affiliates, agents and marketers for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes as described in these Official Rules and in accordance with Sponsor s Privacy Policy as stated at and as allowed by law. 16.
