Stick (SMAW Shielded Metal Arc Welding) 4 Item# Northern Industrial Welders Arc V Stick Welder Item# ST80i Inverter-Based Stick Welder with TIG Option I got a lot more than I thought for the price I paid! Maniacluc, Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada Flux is burned on the welding rod, creating a molten coating over the weld puddle to protect it from the elements. Can be used anywhere, even in wind Works on dirty or rusty metal Penetrates more deeply Capable of welding aluminum Recommended metal: steel, stainless steel and cast iron Skill Level: Intermediate Item# Arc V Stick Welder Handles 1/16" 5/32" dia. electrodes Welds mild steel up to 3/8" Infinite amp control Amp range Item# ST80i Inverter-Based Stick Welder with TIG Option Extremely lightweight (9.9-lbs.), can be used almost anywhere Welds with 1/16", 5/64" or 3/32" electrodes for mild steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum and hard surfacing Smooth DC inverter arc, arc thrust, hot start and anti-stick features for easy operation Item# Optional TIG Torch

Flux Core (FCAW Flux Core Arc Welding) Using a wire-feed welding machine, metals are melted and joined by heating them with an arc between a continuous, consumable electrode wire and the workpiece. The weld wire is tubular with flux material contained inside the wire. Added shielding may or may not be supplied from external gas or gas mixture, depending on the type of flux cored wire being used. No shielding gas required Less pre-weld prep Faster and more effective than a 115V stick Works well on dirty or rusty material Deep penetration for welding thick sections Self-shielded wire are best for outdoor welding Recommended to weld: steel Skill Level: Beginner Item# Flux Core V Flux Cored Welder Welds 18-ga. 3/16" mild steel 125 Amps with 2 voltage settings Requires 110V, 20 Amp welds like there is no tomorrow! SoooooWarm, Asheville, NC Item# Flux Core V Flux Cored Welder 5

MIG (GMAW Gas Metal Arc Welding) Uses a wire feed welding machine to join metals by heating them with an arc, which is between the continuously fed filler metal electrode (solid wire) and the workpiece. Externally supplied gas or gas mixture provides shielding. Much faster than stick Easy process to learn Better control on thinner metals Cleaner welds with less slag to clean Minimal post-weld cleanup Equipment can be used for Flux Cored welding Recommended metal: steel, stainless steel, aluminum, cast iron Skill Level: Beginner MIG 135 is an absolutely great machine with all of the features and strength of machines costing a lot more. Kevinratrodder1, Athens, GA Item# MIG V Flux Cored/MIG Welder Welds 26-gauge up to 3/16" For use with or without shielding gas One of Popular Mechanics Magazine s Top 6 Wire-Feed Welders Item# MIG V Flux Cored/MIG Welder Item# MIG 140I Wire-Feed MIG Welder Spoolgun-Ready, 140 Amp Output Welds 24-gauge up to 3/16" For use with or without shielding gas Spot timer delivers consistently timed welds 6 Item# MIG 140I Wire-Feed MIG Welder Spoolgun-Ready, 140 Amp Output

MIG (GMAW Gas Metal Arc Welding) Item# MIG 235 Wire-Feed MIG Welder with Built-in Running Gear 230V Flux Cored/MIG Welder Powerful 235 Amp, 230V DC wire-feed welder with spot timer function; spoolgun ready for greater versatility Welds mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum materials up to 3/8" steel in a single pass 10-ft. removable MIG gun with Tweco style replacement parts for easy availability Item# Optional Spool Gun for Wire-Feed MIG Welders Works With Item# and Item Optional Spool Gun for Wire-Feed MIG Welders Item# MIG 235 Wire-Feed MIG Welder with Built-in Running Gear 230V Flux Cored/MIG Welder 7

Multiprocess (Stick, Flux Core, MIG, TIG) the machine worked so well that I found myself looking for more projects that I could use it on. houndhunter, Western NY This multiprocess welder provides the capability of using multiple welding processes from one welding power source. Comes standard with all the accessories to do flux core welding of steel, MIG welding of steel, stainless steel and aluminum and DC stick welding of steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Add an optional TIG torch for lift start DC TIG welding of steel and stainless steel. Provides high-quality, precise welds Highly aesthetic weld beads Recommended metal (DC TIG): steel, stainless steel, copper, brass and titanium Skill Level: Experienced Item# Hybrid MIG/Stick V Multiprocess Flux Cored MIG/Arc Welder with 10-ft. Spoolgun Spoolgun makes MIG welding aluminum easier than with a MIG gun Lightweight, powerful inverter design Extremely versatile with capability of welding 20-gauge, 5/16" materials MIG: Welds solid and flux core wires for steel, stainless steel and aluminum Stick: Welds with up to 1/8" electrodes for steel, stainless steel, hard surfacing and cast iron Item# Hybrid MIG/Stick V Multiprocess Flux Cored MIG/Arc Welder with 10-ft. Spoolgun 8 Optional TIG torch #20462 see page 4

Generator with DC Stick (SMAW Shielded Metal Arc Welding) Item# Amp Arc 7000 DC Arc Welder/ AC Generator Item# Northern Industrial Welders Amp Arc 7000 DC Arc Welder/AC Generator Weld anywhere outdoors Wheelbarrow-style cart provides easy maneuverability Generator produces 6600 Watt surge power and 6000 Watt continuous power Arc welder delivers Amp DC welding output Large 5-gallon fuel tank provides run times up to 8 hours Welds electrodes up to 5/32" dia. and materials up to 3/8" in a single pass Welds carbon steel, stainless steel, cast iron, hard surfacing and aluminum DC welding Can also be used as AC generator two pulls on the rope it fired right up and ran smooth. rmorris4, Atlanta, GA 9

Plasma Cutter Easy setup. Worked right out of the box. JRRM, St. Cloud, MN Plasma cutters are ideal for cutting metal from thin sheets to thick beams. Plasma cutting employs a torch which uses a powerful electric arc to create plasma, made by boosting a gas (nitrogen, argon or oxygen) to a very high temperature. This creates a stream, or cone, of directed plasma that can reach a temperature of 30,000 F. Unlike laser cutting the process of plasma cutting is only effective on materials that conduct electricity. Quick, clean cut with minimal warping Safer than Oxy-Acetylene Pierce materials easily More precise with less setup Easy amperage control Hooks up to air compressors Trigger-activated control Skill Level: Beginner Item# Plasma V Inverter-Based Plasma Cutter Item# Plasma V Inverter-Based Plasma Cutter Cuts electrically conductive material Cuts 3/8" mild steel, 1/4" aluminum, 1/4" stainless steel, 1/4" galvanized metal, 1/8" copper and 1/8" brass Uses shop air no special gases required Pilot arc feature for cutting fence and expanded metal 10
