5 Components and Functions Manual Decoiler Guiding Equipment Consists of one manual uncoiler with capacity of 15,000. The inner diameter of decoiler is Adopting Guiding Bar and sliding block to control the width and position of the steel sheet. The coil is guided in the correct position and passed to the roll forming equipment. Roll Forming System 1) The main frame of machine is welded separately and the outside wall is connected by screw after being rotoblasted on the surface. 2) Roller Material is high grade No.45 forged steel, with digital-controlled procession. 3) The rollers are plated with hard chrome with thickness of 0.05mm on the surface after being shaped to the exact size for machine tool. 6 Hydraulic Post-forming cutting Equipment 1) Adopts post cutting, the cutting blade material is CR12 with quenched treatment, after cutting, there is no wasted material. 2) Adopts welded frame for good rigidity. 3) The power of cutting is provided by hydraulic station. Hydraulic Station Supplies the initial power to the cutter through a closed oil tank. It is off without cutting, Which can save power. Roll Forming Description 1) Main rollers of this line are made by Cr12 mold steel material, all treated by full CNC precision machines, surface is quench treated, therefore the roller has very good rigidity, the sheet made by it has better quality and precision profile.
