Estimated cost is $20,250 based upon a unit price of $4.50/SF and 4,500 SF of glazing; annual savings are $5,127 for a payback of 3.94 years extrapolated from the analysis performed on Viera HS. RCM-2 Install motion sensors to control night lights in all locations. Estimated cost is $12,500; annual savings are $6,443 for a payback of 1.94 years based upon an estimated count of 125 fixtures and a labor cost of $50 and a material cost of $50 each applied. RCM-4 Install wall switches and provide multiple circuits for the hallway lighting in building 8 to provide partial lighting capabilities. Control will include the existing occupancy sensors. Estimated cost is $800 ($200 materials & $600 labor); annual savings are estimated at $230 for a payback of 3.5 years. These estimates are derived from similar work performed in classrooms at Tropical, which was similar in concept. optimize ventilation requirements for the kitchen operation. Cost is $4,914 after an FPL rebate of $3,486; annual savings are $1,965 for a payback of 2.5 years based upon vendor pricing and consumption estimates. RCM-6 Retro-commission the HVAC system. BHS was never commissioned. Studies show that savings often pay for this expenditure within one year. In addition to power consumption savings there are quality and maintenance benefits. Scope will be provided and bids solicited. Data for energy-savings payback will be done upon receipt. Estimated area is 2000sf @ $4.50psf, estimated cost is $9,000 with an annual savings of $2,278 and a payback of 3.94 years per calculations done by DOE-2 building energy analysis software for Viera HS and applied to CCB. RCM-2 Switch all night lighting (on 24/7) via motion sensors for operation during occupied periods only. Estimated cost is $2,000 based upon 20 units with $50 labor and $50 material charges applied with an annual savings of $1,031 and a payback of 1.94 years. RCM-3 Control exterior lights via DDC. Estimated cost is $10,427 with an annual savings of $6,244 and a payback of 1.67 years.
