You should provide one example only, in no more than 200 words, to demonstrate how you meet each of the following competencies. (If you exceed your 200 word limit your application may not be progressed). Where possible you should refer to different examples for each of the competencies. You should provide clear and succinct information about yourself and how you meet the criteria that are being tested at this application stage. When being asked to demonstrate the competencies you should give specific examples which best demonstrate to the Selection Panel what it is you did, the reasons for your actions, the skills you used and what specifically about your approach affected the outcome. For each competency please specify: the situation in which you demonstrated the skill, in order to set the scene for the panel how you demonstrated the relevant competency; be specific, explain your personal contribution ( I not we ) the outcome what if anything you would do differently if faced with the same situation again. Ensure your own role in the example is clear and that your answers are specific and tailored to cover the essential competency that is being tested in each question: Your examples in the section will be used to evaluate your application and determine whether you progress to the next stage of recruitment.
ANALYSIS AND DECISION MAKING: you will be expected to analyse large volumes of written, complex material provided electronically.
