BUILDING CORE SUPERVISORY & TEAM COMPETENCIES Introduction As a Supervisor in the business it s important that you fully understand your role, as well as have the skills and knowledge to lead, as well as manage, your most important asset your team. This training seminar has been developed to equip Supervisors with the two important development areas aligned to their role them self and their people, as well as manging and leading a team. It will focus on the role of the Supervisor as well as the important areas of self-management, managing people as well as performance. These are vital areas for focus of self-development and improvement. The second key area will revolve around leading and managing teams, understanding the dynamics as well as empowering the team to success. This essential development for Supervisors of all levels.
