4 Daily Agenda Module I - Building Core Supervisory Competencies Day One: The Importance of the Supervisory Role in the Organisation Day will cover the key supervisory competencies surrounding self-awareness leading to the internal competency of self-management. The Power Bases of the Supervisor Supervisory characteristics, competences and behaviours Inspiring change and innovations leading to continuous improvement Personal Accountability, Reliability, Integrity and Honesty Day Two: Problem solving, Decision Making and Time Management Day 2 will focus around the key core competencies required of a supervisor to be able to problem solve, make decisions, as well as being able to self-manage their time as well as manage others. This day will concentrate on the core competencies of managing others, leading into the final aspect of managing performance. 6 Daily Agenda Module II - Building Core Team Competencies Day Six: Understanding Team Dynamics and Structure On Day 6, we set the foundations for building core team competencies, focusing on the leadership and team dynamics needed to succeed. Day 7 will focus on the key team competencies around team interpersonal and communication skills. 7 Day Nine: Igniting Team Innovation Collectively a team is a powerful force to generate ideas and solutions. This core team building competency requires the freedom to actively contribute to the ideas and dreams through powerful problem and innovation techniques, which will be covered on this 9th training day. Our Bank Account details will be provided on the Invoice Please note that we do accept payment by cash, in USD or AED, only for the last minute bookings Cancellation of Courses It may be necessary for PetroKnowledge to amend or cancel any course, course times, instructors, dates or published fees due to unforeseen circumstances and we reserve the right for such changes Any amendments will be advised before the course start date and any bookings already paid in full will not be subject to increased fees Cancellation by Client Once you have completed your booking, received your confirmation of enrolment and a dated payment Invoice, you are deemed to have a contract with PetroKnowledge.
