Third Party Monitor solution overview The TPP Monitor is Deloitte s new packaged platform independent solution providing banks with several models, reports and alerts used for effective relationship management with customers and third party providers. It uses Deloitte s data model that integrates and aggregates important business analytical data on the client / user / TPP / application level and stores them for analysis, monitoring and targeting. Third Party Monitor technical solution T P P T P P The TPP Monitor includes: Delivered Models (Expert/Statistical) will allow you to score TPPs and evaluate their ability to poach customer interactions and revenues away from you. Based on API behavior it will also help you predict customer churn. Delivered Alerts (On-line/Batch) will allow you to better target your customers based on trends of API activity and TPP risk mixed with internal and external sources. Delivered Reports (Managerial/Analytical) will help you better identify the most dangerous TPPs/Applications and what types of customers interact with them on a regular basis.
