What are your client s needs? If your clients do not find products or services that are relevant to their needs and their current situation in the Open Banking era they will easily replace your bank with a TPP application. If you do not want to lose customers, you should know How to keep clients engaged with you? Do you know if your client is still active and engaged? If it is not engaged, do you know why? Does it use TPP instead of your products? Which TPPs clients use the most? Not having exact information about TPPs clients interact with, you will be unable to react to their needs and to identify possible revenue loss. How to partner with TPPs? Do you know who your TPP partners are? Which services do they offer? Do they poach your clients and revenue? When your client is about to leave? If the client engagement decreases, there is a high risk that it will completely leave you for a competitor. Third Party Monitor solution overview The TPP Monitor is Deloitte s new packaged platform independent solution providing banks with several models, reports and alerts used for effective relationship management with customers and third party providers. It uses Deloitte s data model that integrates and aggregates important business analytical data on the client / user / TPP / application level and stores them for analysis, monitoring and targeting. Third Party Monitor technical solution T P P T P P The TPP Monitor includes: Delivered Models (Expert/Statistical) will allow you to score TPPs and evaluate their ability to poach customer interactions and revenues away from you. Based on API behavior it will also help you predict customer churn. Delivered Alerts (On-line/Batch) will allow you to better target your customers based on trends of API activity and TPP risk mixed with internal and external sources. Delivered Reports (Managerial/Analytical) will help you better identify the most dangerous TPPs/Applications and what types of customers interact with them on a regular basis. The TPP Monitor helps you keep your finger on the pulse of your relationship with your customers and third parties. Strategy grounds You will gain the ability to quickly analyze data from a new and quickly developing channel. The bank will be able to early react with a significant impact on future revenues. Improve retention You will gain an approach to, and a framework for, how to monitor the lifecycle of customer interactions with TPPs. An improved ability to identify the risk of TPP / customer behavior on the API channel and thus a lower churn rate and higher revenues are expected.
