Cross-Suite SAP SUCCESSFACTORS HCM SUITE REPORT CENTER Our new Report Center simplifies creation, management, and execution of reports within SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite. As the centralized place to go for all your reporting needs, the Report Center provides an engaging, simple experience for you to unify, simplify, and expedite your reporting. WORKFORCE PLANNING OPERATIONAL HEADCOUNT PLANNING INTEGRATION WITH SAP REALSPEND You can now easily add financial data workforceplanning scenarios. This new integration provides managers with: Clear visibility into their team costs (including hidden costs such as workspace) Ability to improve budget accuracy of planned headcount changes Better management of headcount planning costs Improved transparency and alignment with headcount plans and investments, benefiting HR and finance USER EXPERIENCE The mobile app for the ios operating system has benefitted from several updates and enhancements for improved usability. Most notably, we ve added: Offline demo mode to view screens and app capabilities without registering or logging in, thus getting a better sense of the user experience and functionality of the mobile app Landscape screen orientation for time sheet, organization chart, and password screens 4 / 11

SAP SUCCESSFACTORS EXTENDED ENTERPRISE CONTENT MANAGEMENT APPLICATION BY OPENTEXT With SAP SuccessFactors Extended ECM, you can more easily create, manage, and control access to HR-related documents. For example, with SAP SuccessFactors Extended ECM you gain a centralized, secure location for storage and management of employee files, including records management capabilities to help ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. You can also leverage a template designer to more easily create detailed employee correspondence, such as global assignment letters, and automatically store a copy in the employee s file. 5 / 11

Core Human Resources and Payroll ENHANCED COMPANY STRUCTURE USER INTERFACE FOR MORE SUPPORT The enhanced user interface (UI) configuration capabilities in the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solution make managing and viewing corporate structure changes easier than ever before. With the new UI, users can now create and change reporting relationships and delete definitions on the fly. What s more, the intuitive UI design streamlines your ability to visualize structural changes as they happen, delivering an ease-of-use for clarity of the impact of structural changes. GLOBAL BENEFITS OPEN-ENROLLMENT ENHANCED UI AND BENEFITS ENROLLMENT CONFIRMATION STATEMENT We ve dramatically updated the UI for global benefits to support U.S.-based employees for open enrollment. A clear display of benefits available to employees with guided sequential steps help make it easy to complete the mass enrollment process with one click. This update supports the benefit types insurance, pension, and deductible allowances. Your employees can also view, download, and print a benefits enrollment confirmation statement using a template you can customize. TIME AND ATTENDANCE MANAGEMENT Check out the new time-collector capabilities in the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solution. Time collectors are generic counters that enable you to collect or count specific attributes based on processed time records per day, week, or month, for example: Daily collectors can raise an error when employees record more than 10 hours a day Weekly collectors can alert employees who have worked more than 10 hours of overtime Monthly collectors can help identify extra rewards for workers with more than 5 late shifts Time collectors substantially improve the complexity that the real-time, time-valuation process can handle. This improvement can help you reward employees and drive compliance based on collective labor agreements and local laws. 6 / 11

Talent Management SUCCESSION AND DEVELOPMENT Increase engagement and mentoring adoption with new support for open-ended mentoring programs that are available to employees without invitation. In addition to invitation-based mentoring programs, your employees can simply opt in to participate in a mentoring program as either a mentor, mentee, or both. PERFORMANCE AND GOALS Take advantage of expanded continuous performance management capabilities with faster ways for employees to stay engaged. For example, they can now add an achievement and link it directly to a performance or development goal in their goal plans. Also, they can change the status of an activity directly from that view. Plus, comments on activities are now time-stamped, so employees, managers, and HR can track updates more efficiently. 7 / 11

COMPENSATION With the new mass action feature, you can more simply apply changes to a group of compensation recommendations directly from the executive review. For example, you can more easily solve budget overspend and underspend scenarios, or apply strategic funds to reward superior performance across groups or the whole organization. We ve also improved the planning experience with collapsible columns and floating panels for better visibility and management. LEARNING The new Assessment Builder provides a unified, simplified experience to create, manage, and administer both quizzes and exams. You can now more comprehensively run assessments, evaluate learners knowledge and retention, and measure course effectiveness. RECRUITING Simplify your organization s hiring and provide a more engaging candidate experience. You can now consolidate jobs from any source such as legacy applicant tracking systems and homegrown systems into the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting solution and create a centralized, single job portal for your career site. This provides a more immersive candidate experience and helps accelerate your overall digital recruiting transformation. 8 / 11

Platform and Technology PRODUCT INTEGRATION A new integration connects SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with the NGA Payroll Exchange solution through the SAP Cloud Platform Integration service, creating a uniform payroll experience and end-to-end visibility of payroll processes worldwide. This certified integration eliminates the need for custom integrations and lowers risk and effort in implementation and maintenance. 9 / 11

SAP Jam EXPANDED CAPABILITIES FOR SERVICE-ORGANIZATION KNOWLEDGE SHARING Look for enhancements in the knowledge-base article content type, featuring new capabilities for content organization, management, and creation. Organizations can now create custom knowledge-base article templates with optional visibility of content sections, topic categorization, and new rich-text formatting. NEW BUILT-IN MESSAGING AND PRESENCE CAPABILITIES REPLACING EXISTING CHAT FUNCTIONALITY We are proud to announce new capabilities for cloud-based enterprise messaging and presence. These capabilities now officially replace the existing asynchronous, private messaging capabilities within the SAP Jam collaboration platform as part of this release. The new messaging capabilities bring truly real-time messaging to SAP Jam as well as the ability to see the presence of a coworker without the use of a third-party unified communications server. Organizations of any size can now use a cloud-based messaging and presence solution built directly into the SAP Jam collaboration platform. 10 / 11
