Job Description Motorhand Origination Date: Mar 2011 Revision Date Oct 2011 Release Date Oct 2011 Function: The Motorhand provides manual labor as required to operate and maintain the rigs diesel and electric engines. The Motorhand orders tools and replacement parts for these engines and is responsible for testing the machinery for operability and safety and is required to clean and maintain engines at all times. They also operate and maintain the boiler systems. Motorhands are responsible for the training, supervising and assisting of other crew members as required. Relationship: Reports directly to the Xtreme Assistant Driller, Driller and functionally to the Company representative on location for current contractor Derrickhands, Floorhands and any third party participants under direct contract to Xtreme Drilling and Coil Services will report directly to the Driller. Works directly with HSE from Xtreme and current contractor to ensure compliance and leadership in safety Responsibilities: HEALTH-SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT (HSE) Actively participates in the promotion of Health, Safety and Environment policies and ensure safe working practices and conditions Reports immediately to the Driller any incident or accident Completes Job Safety Analysis forms and assigns tasks to crew members Attends daily safety meeting Maintains an up to date training schedule as per requirements Participate and or lead toolbox talks prior to any tasks that require them Ensures all employees on crew are in compliance with operator training requirements Identifies high risk situations, documents them and adopts proper mitigation policies and procedures after approval

OPERATIONS Acts as Team Leader of project participants on site and responsible for coordinating mud program as they apply to operations and services (with Company Supervisors endorsement) to ensure compliance with drilling programs in safe and efficient manners. Verifies adherence to procedures for all participants with project Responsible for checking equipment on site required to perform planned activities and implement contingency plans. (QA/QC) Solid understanding of all equipment and operational policies and procedures Maintains a progressive training agenda for the employees on his crew (consistently teaching his crew) Promotes corporate beliefs and ensures a value added attitude to operations while controlling excess costs COMMUNICATION Ensures communication of all activities being conducted is maintained between any parties participating in the function being conducted Completes the daily required well reports and internal Xtreme daily reports. Ensures all positions directly below him are completing their respective reports Completes his daily products used inventory as per the customers requests and submits at the end of his tour Daily equipment checklists and submit to the Rig Manager
