AR-EQ-08 KITCHEN EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT New convection ovens and reach-in coolers needed to replace equipment that does not operate reliably. AR-EQ-12 MAIN GYM BLEACHER REPLACEMENT New bleachers needed in Main Gym to replace existing bleachers that frequently malfunction and are difficult to maintain. New chairs and desks needed in some classrooms to replace existing furniture that is damaged or broken. AR-EQ-23 PROJECTION SCREEN ADDITION - COMMONS Installation of a large, motorized projection screen in the Commons is needed for assemblies, meetings and conferences. AR-ME-01 AHU VARIABLE SPEED DRIVE REPLACEMENT New variable speed drives are needed at air handling units to replace equipment that is failing and unreliable. AR-ME-02 AUTOMATIC CONTROLS UPGRADE Improvements to mechanical system controls will reduce maintenance costs, energy consumption and utility costs. AR-ME-09 DISHWASHER BOOSTER HEATER REPLACEMENT Installation of a new booster heater for the Kitchen dishwasher will reduce energy consumption and utility costs. AR-ME-11 FIRE SPRINKLER HEAD REPLACEMENT New fire sprinkler heads needed throughout school to replace sprinkler heads that have been recalled because of defects. AR-ME-19 KILN EXHAUST SYSTEM MODIFICATIONS Modifications to the kiln exhaust system will reduce energy consumption and utility costs. AR-ME-29 VARIABLE SPEED DRIVE RETROFIT - SCIENCE AREA Installation of variable speed drives at science area mechanical equipment will reduce energy consumption and utility costs. AR-EL-26 SOUND SYSTEM UPGRADES New sound system equipment needed in Commons and Gyms to replace equipment that is unreliable and has poor sound quality. AR-EL-30 THEATER ELECTRICAL OUTLET ADDITIONS AR-EL-33 INTRUSION ALARM UPGRADE Additional electrical outlets needed in Theater Control Room, Workroom and catwalks to accommodate theater equipment. Installation of an audible alarm feature for the existing intrusion alarm system will discourage unauthorized entry into the building. AR-MD-07 CONSTRUCTION / MANUFACTURING WALL REMOVAL Removal of wall between the Const. / Manufacturing shop and classroom areas will improve classroom control and supervision. AR-MD-08 DARKROOM MODERNIZATION Conversion of chemical processing darkroom to digital photography lab will better accommodate the instructional program. AR-MD-09 DRAMA OFFICE ADDITION An office is needed in the Drama classroom to provide a secure area for the instructor s equipment and records. Installation of storage cabinets in music classrooms is needed for secure storage of student s musical instruments. AR-MD-27 SCIENCE CLASSROOM MODERNIZATION AR-MD-42 VIDEO LAB INTERIOR WINDOW ADDITION Conversion of general classroom 710 to a science classroom is needed to meet the demand for science instruction.
