Trading Terms for Account Holders Our trading terms are 30 days from the date of invoice. Delivery Conservation Resources will arrange delivery of the products you have ordered to the address you specify on your purchase order. All purchase orders are sent on a door-to-door basis. Therefore it is important for you to ensure that you, or a third party is present at the delivery address specified to receive and sign for the product upon being delivered. Please ensure you provide us with a contact number in order that we may be able to contact you to arrange a suitable time should our couriers be unsuccessful in their first attempt to deliver the products to your nominated address. Our invoice will be sent with the products unless specified otherwise on the original purchase order received by us. Please advise if the delivery address is different to the billing address. Please note deliveries to post office boxes cannot be made. Please Check the Products on Delivery Upon delivery of the products it is your responsibility to ensure that you have received all the products in good order before signing the consignment note held by the courier. If the products are not in good order or are missing please write this on the consignment note before signing and accepting the products in order that we may present a claim to the courier company. Please see Returns and Refunds Non Delivery It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you provide the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Cancellation of Orders by Us Conservation Resources reserves the right to refuse to accept or cancel a purchase order at its sole discretion at any time, and will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from undertaking such action. Cancellation of Purchase Orders by You Orders may be cancelled by telephoning Conservation Resources on 1300 132 570 or emailing sales@conservationresources.com.au. In general all orders are transmitted immediately to our main Distribution Centre and we may not be able to cancel your order in time. In this circumstance the customer must accept the order upon delivery and then contact Conservation Resources for a Return Authority Number. If a product purchased from Conservation Resources is found to be defective or faulty, Conservation Resources will exchange the product or provide a full refund including any freight charges incurred in delivering the products (if applicable). General Returns and Refunds Once you have received the product, and believe that the product does not meet your needs, subject to the matters below, Conservation Resources will exchange the product or refund your money provided the product is returned within 7 days in its original packaging, is unopened, is in a saleable condition upon return and you can provide proof of purchase. A refund will be made using the original method of payment (excluding the merchant fee) and will be made less any freight charges incurred in delivering the product to you (if applicable). How do I Exchange a Product or obtain a Refund? In either of the above situations please telephone our Customer Service department on 1300 132 570 or email sales@conservationresources.com.au to obtain a Return Authority Number (RAN). We will not be able to accept any exchanges or returns without this number and a copy of your Conservation Resources invoice. The Return Authority Number must also be written on the shipping label and on the accompanying invoice. Please send the Consignment Note number and Return Authority Number to Conservation Resources sales@conservationresources.com.au as soon as the product has been despatched. If you return goods by Australia Post please keep the appropriate proof of return. If Australia Post fails to deliver the goods to us, we will deem you not to have returned the goods to us.
