I'VE LOST MY CARD OR IT'S BEEN STOLEN! Give our Card Services a call immediately, they will be able to cancel your Card and order a new one. Should you need it, as long you had some money left on your Card, they can also get some of your cash to you until your new Card arrives as long as you are close to one of our money transfer branches. CAN I USE A CASH MACHINE TO CHECK MY BALANCE? Don t forget your Card is re-usable. Why not start putting some money aside for your next trip? You can, but it will only show you the total of all Currencies, not each individual Currency balance and may not be up-to-date due to exchange rates differing or transactions waiting to clear.
