NEED A RESCUE? Should you lose your Card or have it stolen, we have a team on hand that can get a new Card sent out to you. As long as you had some money left on your Card and are close to one of our money transfer branches, we can get you some cash until your new Card arrives. WHAT'S THE CATCH? Calls from mobiles may be charged. Replacement Card FREE Completely free service. Emergency cash FREE Completely free service. Initial Card fee 10 You ve already paid this. Top up fee 2% Charged only when you top up in GBP. Like a commission fee. Inactivity fee 2 per month Only charged after a 12 month period of you not using your card. No balance, no fee. Foreign exchange fee 5.75% Fee charged if using your Card for a currency not on your Card or if you don t have enough balance in the local currency and the rest is taken from another Currency wallet. Currency transfer fee between wallets HOW MUCH? Foreign exchange rate applies, varies each day EXPLANATION Charged when transferring between wallets. Shortfall fee 10 Charged if a payment takes you below zero. Cash over the counter fee 4 Charged when withdrawing cash from a bank (for example). The bank may charge an additional fee.

HAVE A BACK-UP CARD? OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION KEEP IT SAFE AND TAKE IT WITH YOU WHEN YOU TRAVEL. If you ordered a back-up Card, this will arrive in a separate pack, identical to this one. Should you lose your main Card, call Card Services, they can cancel your lost Card and activate your back-up Card straight away. Your money will be secure and you can keep on travelling. OOPS, I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PIN! Simply call our automated Card Services on 0800 056 0572 option 11, option 2. Enter your details when prompted and a PIN reminder will be available securely over the phone. If you want to make your PIN more memorable you can change it at participating UK cash machines. I'VE LOST MY CARD OR IT'S BEEN STOLEN! Give our Card Services a call immediately, they will be able to cancel your Card and order a new one. Should you need it, as long you had some money left on your Card, they can also get some of your cash to you until your new Card arrives as long as you are close to one of our money transfer branches. HEY, I DIDN'T BUY THAT! Your benefits from the best of MasterCard s secure technology to protect your money, however, if you find yourself thinking I don t remember buying that or just want to check a transaction, call our Card Services team. We suggest checking your transaction history regularly. Top up online and your account is updated in real time. HELP, MY CARD HAS BEEN DECLINED! A few things to check before calling us: Do you have sufficient available funds? If not, top up. Check that where you are accepts MasterCard. For security reasons your Card also has daily limits, which you may be over, see the limits table. Call us at any point and we can help. I NO LONGER NEED MY CARD, HOW CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK? Your Card is designed so it can be used for multiple trips and at home. However, if you no longer require your, you can close (Cash Out) your account by calling our Card Services team. CAN I USE A CASH MACHINE TO CHECK MY BALANCE? Don t forget your Card is re-usable. Why not start putting some money aside for your next trip? You can, but it will only show you the total of all Currencies, not each individual Currency balance and may not be up-to-date due to exchange rates differing or transactions waiting to clear.
