A Brief History R&R S.r.l. Spedizioni Internazionali, founded in Genoa in 2011, originates from the initiative of two historical families in the industry Ricolfi and Rebolino who brought together decades of experience and achievements acquired in a new corporate reality of ancient tradition with a mission to summarize unique vocations by interpreting and maximizing Group logics. The new finds its measurable expression in our modern approach, which is boosted by a range of modern tools and technologies serving the transport and logistics world. The old tradition is still clearly present today, as you ll see when working with our experienced management who play an active role in day-to-day operations and our staff who are structured into teams to maximise their individual skills and professional abilities. Staff and Management work together in a highly efficient and motivated business, financial and operational entity. In 2013, with the aim of improving services and customer support and seizing new opportunities for growth, the Company strengthened its local presence by opening a new branch in Parma. The new branch not only provides conventional freight forwarding services but has also developed its own logistics service through direct management of warehouses to support its customers. Our biggest achievement? Being able to satisfy our customers who operate in many different industries, such as engineering, manufacturing (particularly white goods), with specialization in household appliances, pharmaceutical, food, and various other fields.

Activity Shipment by sea Maritime transport is the original business area of R&R in both import and export. R&R offers Full Container Load (FCL) services for any destination through scheduled or dedicated services by using major Shipping Lines, as well as Less Container Load (LCL) groupage transportation services operated with established shipping companies. Together with container transport, we offer conventional transportation in the hold (Break Bulk), specific batches of goods or installations (Project Cargo). Drawing on the synergies of the Ricolfi Group and through relationships with selected partners and agents worldwide, we can offer assistance and support for doorstep deliveries around the world, including fiscal and paperwork management.
Activity Shipment by air To complete the range of transport services, R&R manages air shipments for their customers, taking care of deliveries at all airports within Europe and around the world, including doorstep deliveries. For these types of shipments, in both import and export, R&R relies on the Group facilities of Ricolfi & Co., already an IATA agent, and has forged strong relationships with airlines as well as being specialized in documentation issuance.
Activity Ground Shipping R&R offers a road transport service, both full load (FTL) and groupage (LTL), throughout Italy and Europe, thanks to its wide network of agents and established partners. Full load transport (FTL) Through a large fleet of vehicles and consolidated carriers, R&R can offer the right vehicle for every job, depending on the goods and the loading method requested. Efficiency and competitiveness are guaranteed by continuous monitoring of partners, vehicles and delivery times. Groupage transport (LTL) Groupage services are handled through our terminals, connected to our foreign partners with daily departures in both import and export.
Activity Logistic Born as an ancillary transport related service, R&R now offers a comprehensive transport-integrated logistics service, supporting the manufacturing industry and the whole customer base. R&R s integrated logistics service at the Tortona and Parma depots caters for a wide variety of items, production batches, and production line requirements. The information systems supporting the logistics service allow for detailed management depending on customer needs. R&R s fully-equipped 25,000 square-metre warehouse facility allows for goods handling with specialized vehicles, and also caters for the increasingly important picking and packing operations tailored to customer needs.
Deposit Customs and Tax To support and integrate their shipment operations, R&R provides comprehensive Customs support, relying on specialized personnel with many decades of experience. Besides the usual Customs formalities, relating to import-export for all modes of transport (sea, air, road) at the individual border offices, R&R also offers import management in tax-suspended Customs warehouses, through the other companies of the Group.
