Lee Green is the Director of IT Applications at Bell Helicopter where his primary responsibility is to manage the Bell ecosystem of SAP related hardware, software, suppliers, third-party products, support provider s talent and processes. In addition to defining the long term direction of ERP at Bell, Lee is responsible for optimizing the cost, operational efficiency and effectiveness of SAP related capabilities. In addition to the Business Suite of ECC 6.0, this includes Business Objects, CAMS, imro, HANA and S4. With 18 years of Technology and Business experience working for global enterprises, Lee has a comprehensive understanding of challenges in a complex, defense related manufacturing environment. His wealth of SAP technical and functional experience has enabled him to drive significant business value from Bell s investment in SAP. Lee holds a Bachelors in Computer Information Systems and is a certified PMP and Six Sigma Black Belt 5
Chuck Passannante is the Director of ERP at Textron Aviation. Chuck has twenty-eight years of information technology leadership, strategy, business and technology alignment, project / portfolio management, business process design and systems development experience. Chuck is the IT Director for SAP at Textron Aviation where he is responsible for the Integrated Supply Chain, Defense, and Customer Service business relationships. This includes managing customer demand, priorities, day to day support, applications landscape, and transformation projects. Chuck led the integration PMO for the Beechcraft integration into Textron Aviation implementing over 50 projects in 16 months. Chuck has held prior roles leading global infrastructure, large ERP program management / business transformation, application management, consulting, and cost reduction initiatives. Chuck s breadth and depth of experience have positioned him to develop strategic and practical solutions that solve business problems. 6
(RT) Roy T. Davis was the Senior Manager at Spirit AeroSystems responsible for Architecture, Solution Design, IT Governance and Security. RT has over 25 years of experience in information technology leadership providing business solutions through his strong background in business processes, architecture, application development and SAP solutions. During his 10 year tenure at Spirit, RT was responsible for the complete SAP business suite solution and overall enterprise architecture. Prior to Spirit, RT was with Deloitte Consulting for 12 years in the Aerospace and Defense practice with a focus on SAP solutions. RT recently joined HCL as an Industry Principal in Aerospace & Defense / Travel, Transportation & Logistics RT holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a MBA from Wichita State University 7
Andrew Tupper is a Director and Solution Architect at Gulfstream Aerospace with responsibility for business process definition, integration, deployment, and sustainment within the SAP environment. Andrew has 13 years of SAP deployment experience focused primarily in complex manufacturing for Aerospace and Defense companies. Prior to Gulfstream, Andrew was a consultant with HCL Axon for 10 years. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Duke University 8
Brian Farley is the leader of the SAP Competency Center at Boeing and is responsible for SAP governance and future state SAP architecture. Brian is also the chief SAP architect for the current Boeing enterprise SAP implementation program. Prior to Boeing, Brian was a Platinum Consultant with SAP America, a Senior Manager with IBM and held Senior Manager/Director level roles at Johnson Controls, Nypro/Jabil Circuit and Callaway Golf. Overall Brian has 18 years of SAP experience focusing on supply chain and logistics as well as 2 years of experience as a manufacturing and design engineer. Brian holds a BAS from Stanford University and MS degrees from Stanford and the Georgia Instate of Technology 9
Chris Avery is a Director of ITS at General Atomics in San Diego, CA. Chris is responsible for IT Solutions, Applications and Enterprise Architecture. Chris has 20 years of experience in the Information Technology and Aerospace and Defense industry, having worked at Westland Helicopters, Raytheon, Goodrich/UTAS, Bell Helicopter, Nordam, Halliburton KBR and Lockheed Martin. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Aston University and a Master of Science degree in Technology Management from Manchester University in the UK 10
