THE COMPANY SC Oleodinamica have been specialized in the production of hydraulic cylinders and systems since the company was founded in 1975. PRODUCTS SC Oleodinamica S.r.l. make hydraulic cylinders and units to order, completely satisfying the needs of their customers with unique products made-to-measure for each individual customer. HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS The standard range of products includes bores from 40mm to 420mm, with strokes up to 8 metres. On request bores up to 700mm with strokes up to 12 metres. HYDRAULIC UNITS The product range includes reservoirs from 10 L up to 2000 L capacity, and power up to 100 kw. Special valve groups can be fitted on cylinders, depending on the machine requirements.
PRODUCTION The production area includes more than 4500 square metres of floor space, divided between the different processing sections. The materials used include: C45, E355, PEELED, GROUND, AISI 420-316L, GS400 CAST IRON, NIKROM, RECONDITIONED, RODS with double two-way chrome plating and variable thicknesses in relation to variable resistance in saline spray. Special paintwork on request for high environmental resistance.
MECHANICAL PROCESSING Our cylinders and units are made entirely to customers specifications using highly automated state-of-the-art CNC machinery: - CNC lathes - CNC workstations - Automated welding areas - CNC milling machines
QUALITY AND CERTIFICATION Our company is certified DNV for UNI EN ISO 9001:2000. All the components produced are checked with certified measuring instruments. Certification is provided for the raw materials utilized. On request we offer: - laboratory tests and trials to verify the chemical-physical-mechanical characteristics of materials; - special certification procedures by the most authoritative certifying bodies (DNV, RINA, LLOYD S REGISTER, TUV, BV). WELDING The welding process is regulated according to European standards and qualified compliant with UNI EN 15641.1. All our welders and technicians are qualified in compliance with standards UNI EN 287.1 and UNI EN 1418. Certification issued by the accredited third-party body On request, destructive testing on welds including: penetrating liquids, magnetoscopy, ultrasound, conducted by qualified operators. DESIGN Our internal technical office can efficiently deal with all design requirements so that we can provide our customers with unique, made-to-measure products. Every cylinder is verified during design using specific software and producing certified analysis. Studies are conducted on cylinders equipped with: - internal position linear transducers with analogue or digital output - integrated proportional valves - inductive proximity sensors - adjustable hydraulic end of travel brakes with sections profiled on the basis of the loads that can be applied to the cylinder the units are provided with hydraulic circuit diagrams, general layout drawings, and materials lists. LOGISTICS AND WAREHOUSE Our computerized warehouse guarantees fast and efficient cataloguing and storage of components and spare parts, ensuring optimum management of the flow of both production and spares. The vast stock of hydraulic items (pumps, manual-electric distributors, various accessories) ensures consignment within 24 hours.
