SELECTION OF APPROPRIATE RECORDS FOR PROCESSING, USING PRE DEFINED QUERIES 4. CHECKING MONTHLY DATA SELECTED TO DETECT EVENTUAL ERRORS 5 SYSTEM QUERIES PRE DEFINED; OTHERS CAN BE DEFINED 5. EDITING DATA AND ADDRESS CUSTOMS TO CLARIFY/CORRECT ERRORS DETECTED IF NEEDED 6

FROM THIS AGGREGATE TABLE, PRODUCTION OF THE MONTHLY REPORT AND ANNUAL REPORT. 9. ACCORDING TO USERS NEEDS REPORTS CAN BE PRODUCED FOR OTHER PERIODS, FOR INSTANCE FOR QUARTERS. 7
