1. Introduction This document is part of the selling process of windfarm Slufter II in The Netherlands. The purpose of this document is to inform potential buyers about the windfarm. If you have any interest in buying one of the turbines or the whole farm, please contact us. The windfarm has 8 GE 1.5 (CS) wind turbines, each with a capacity of 1500 kw. 2. 3. Scope of the windfarm The scope for buying these wind turbines include disassembly and transportation. All wind turbines are sold completely: - The shaft, rotor and blades - The nacelle, including; o Gearbox o Generator - Transformerstation, including transformer (located outside the turbine) - The tower - The internal cabling - Other internals* * Excluding doorlocks, OPC server, Box-PC, Vodafone router and burglar alarm system. 4. Availability The turbines are available from the first of May 2017, however, depending on the offer, earlier availability is possible. Disassembly of the turbines will start from the date as agreed in a Purchasing Agreement. 5. Production data See table below for the production values of windfarm Slufter II. Site Access Windfarm Slufter II is a wind farm on the coast of the North Sea and is located in the southwestern part of the Maasvlakte. To acces the site you will have to report at the gate. 7. Maintenance history These wind turbines have been serviced and maintained. Service reports can be viewed during a visit on site. Note: The turbines will be sold on an as is where is basis, without any guarantees from the seller. 4 P a g i n a
8. Selling process and permits The buyer will be responsible for the execution of the dismantling and transportation of the wind turbines and transformer stations. All costs and risks of dismantling and transportation will be for the account of the buyer. The buyer will be responsible for obtaining all other permits, third party consents and the execution of the work and transportation of the wind turbines in accordance with the rules and requirements of the relevant permits. Eneco will assist buyer in obtaining the permits if necessary. After dismantling and transportation of the wind turbines, Eneco will be responsible for dismantling the Balance Of Plant (BOP). 9. Rules and regulations In addition to the rules and requirements in the permits, the buyer is responsible for compliance with all other applicable rules and regulations, including: - Applicable Dutch rules and regulation - Arbo catalog Wind - Guidelines Rijkswaterstaat - Safety Manual NWEA (Dutch Wind Energy Association) - Provisions from the flora and fauna laws and regulations The buyer, its employees and third-parties are under the obligation to comply with all relevant HSE rules. The same applies to any company rules and regulations adopted by Eneco in the fields of safety, health and environment. Furthermore, the buyer and all third-parties commissioned by it will be VCA certified or equal, for example OHSAS 18001. All workers shall have a valid VCA certificate. The buyer will also provide a HSEplan for acceptance. Dismantling the turbines should be executed by a company with sufficient competence and experience. The spoken language of all personnel on site will be either Dutch or English. 5 P a g i n a
