APPLICANT CRITERIA: Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, Logistics, Marketing or E-Commerce/Digital Business Less than two years work experience Have international career aspirations, including working and residing abroad for 3 5 years Excellent knowledge of English is essential You are a natural leader You are entrepreneurial, ambitious, committed and flexible FROM FACTORY FLOOR TO MANAGEMENT As a trainee, you will be exposed to a number of different levels within our company; from the factory floor to management. As you will be working in various departments and projects in two or more countries, you will gain a good understanding of Kramp, your colleagues and our processes. In consultation with you and in keeping with business requirements we will tailor the traineeship to your intended personal development. Moving forward with the trainee programme The trainee programme takes around eighteen months to complete. Once you have become familiar with our organisation, vision and work process, you will start to work in various departments. Here you will learn how to translate strategic values at a tactical and operational level. At the same time you will prepare yourself for the next phase which involves acquiring experience in a management position. Finally, you will take part in at least two projects. Based on your personal interest, experience and knowledge, we decide together in which projects you will take part. In one project you will be the project manager. In this role you can develop your management skills. BASIS Introduction to Kramp. During this first month you will become acquainted with the organisation, work processes, customer groups and strategic values. FIELD WORK During this phase you will work in all our departments in at least two different countries. BUSINESS PROJECT As a trainee you will carry out two projects that has been defined by the Executive Board and yourself. 8
SUPERVISION AND PROGRESS As a Kramp trainee, you can count on receiving intensive one-to-one supervision. At the start of your traineeship you will draw up a personal development plan together with the Learning & Development Manager and your mentor from our Executive Board. You will be introduced and assessed by a supervisor in every department in which you work. The mentor will coach and supervise you throughout your traineeship. In addition, you will regularly sit down with your mentor and Learning & Development to evaluate your progress. 9
