Spring Fever 2017 Dear Vendor Applicant: The Bloom & Grow Garden Society will be hosting its 17 th annual Spring Fever in the Garden, on Saturday, April 8th, 2017, from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Sunday, April 9th, from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. in historic downtown Winter Garden. Please visit our website at www.springfeveringarden.com to view pictures of prior festivals. All submitted applications are subject to review by our selection committee. Upon acceptance and approval, the committee will send an acknowledgment letter to the approved vendor. Certain criteria will apply, which is listed on the attached page. There is no deadline as we always sell out before our deadlines. Please submit your completed application and check and return it to us quickly so that we may begin the selection process. Applications will not be accepted without payment. As in prior years, there is no rain date for the festival. Each year our event sells out 6 weeks prior to festival. Spring Fever in the Garden Vendor Criteria All products being exhibited must be high quality garden, nature, or wildlife related items. 1. Set up time will be assigned to each vendor. In order to keep the set up process on a timely schedule, vendors must be punctual. Vendors arriving late will be unable to access their reserved assigned space by vehicle. Late arrivals will be relocated and required to hand carry their items to their space. Vendors arriving late may risk not being invited back again the following year. 2. Electricity and water will be available in most areas. Vendors must let us know their requirements. 3. The Selection Committee has the right to decline acceptance of any application that they feel does not meet the criteria set by the Festival Committee. This also includes vendors who have exhibited in the past but the committee decided not to invite them to return. 4. There will be no rain date scheduled. 5. The sale of t-shirts, posters, drawings or raffle tickets by vendors and organizations is strictly prohibited. No donation jars will be allowed by vendors. 6. Vendors may not share their booth with other vendors. 7. Bloom & Grow Garden Society will provide all entertainment, music, and announcements via public address system. Vendors may not bring additional music or entertainment. 8. Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and signage. 9. We ask that all vendors be courteous to their neighbors and not yell to customers and stand in the street selling their items. 10. Food vendors must provide their Food Vendor License. Additionally, food vendors must comply with the Florida State Division of Hotels and Restaurants regulations.
11. Participating vendors, who do not show up on the day of the event, will not being accepted for future Spring Fever events. 12. Vendor fees are non-refundable. 13. Food Vendors with trailers must provide: (a) full-trailer length (bumper to tongue) (b) 110 or 220 electrical requirement (c) which side of booth electricity is connected 14. All approved vendors must participate on both days of the festival. Vendors wishing to stay open later Saturday may do so. 15. All vendors must provide and display booth signage. 16. Generators are not allowed. 17. This is a garden show. Vendors who are not plant and garden related will not be accepted.
