Our distribution service is a cost shared marketing program that employs a win-win partnership with other related travel enterprises. This strategy revolves around the single minded goal of amortizing your investment while maximizing your exposure in the key near border and domestic travel sectors. We attend various travel shows per year under the New England Tourism Center banner and we are recognized by travel trade professionals and consumers throughout the northeastern USA and eastern Canada as an important source for travel information. We employ a 4 pronged strategy in order to maximize the distribution of your travel information: 1. Target the general public through coordination of consumer kiosks, which is set up in major shopping malls, inside large companies and in general traffic areas for a one to three day period and various consumer shows in Canada. 2. Target the travel trade professional through attendance at the key trade shows & training seminars throughout the northeastern USA and eastern Canada. 3. Target event planners through our event planner marketplace to reach out to hundreds of Canadian event planners who plan thousands of meetings, conferences and events annually. 4. Target media through various media events like Discover America Day, Media Blitz, Targeted marketing efforts such as brochure distribution are constantly growing as a key factor in increasing any travel enterprises exposure and our extensive experience lends to understanding the intricacies involved in information fulfillment. Every travel enterprise s 2 / 12
