New look and feel for Employee Online What s changed? The page width has been expanded so that more share plan information is available on the screen. You can also access the My Profile and Logout buttons easily in the top right hand corner of the screen. The primary and secondary menus have a new look and feel. New look and feel for Employee Online We expect websites to be easy to read and navigate on our different devices. On a mobile or tablet, we don t expect to scroll or zoom. Buttons should be easy to click and forms should be easy to fill in. The website is now fully responsive, so that the display is optimised to the device you access it from, making it easier to use. These panels run on a carousel, so you can view each panel individually. You just need to tap the arrow buttons to view each panel. 03 > Computershare Employee Online The latest enhancements
Improving experience through reducing clicks When we use websites, a key area of frustration lies in navigation around the site to find the information you need. Employee Online serves the information in one place, rather than on separate pages, making it easier to access. Grant/Award acceptance You can now access the detailed information about each grant through a drop down bar rather than having to leave the page, so all the information is clear and in one place. Grant/Award summary You can now view more detailed information through a drop down button. This means you can now view the grant details, availability and grant summary panel without leaving the page. New ways to view your information Reviewing raw data by itself can be difficult to understand without further analysis. This is now improved by putting summaries in graphical, clear ways to make it quicker to find the information you need. You can now easily see: Grant/Award details a high level overview of grant information Availability a graphical representation of your award Grant/Award summary the unit amount relevant to your award Vesting schedule your entire vesting schedule relating to the grant Performance Event Details your performance breakdown relating to the grant/award 05 > Computershare Employee Online The latest enhancements
New ways to view your information Grant/Award Details if you have no performance or dividend units You can now view high level, non-units related information relating to your grant. Availability If your employer has made this option available to you, you will be able to see this panel. It is a simple, graphical way to show you the current status of the units within your grant. If any of the four fields displayed are at zero, they will still be displayed to give an accurate reflection of awards. 06 > Computershare Employee Online The latest enhancements
New ways to view your information Grant/Award summary panel The grant summary panel will display differently based on whether the grant has dividend or performance units. Grant/Award summary if you have no performance or dividend units If the grant doesn t have performance or dividend units then these fields will be hidden. The Adjusted Award Total will now not be shown, as this would have been the same as the Granted amount. Grant/Award summary if you have performance or dividend units If the grant does have performance or dividends, you ll see whichever is populated. As this would affect the total amount granted, you ll see the Adjusted Award Amount in addition to the total of the original Granted 07 > Computershare Employee Online The latest enhancements
New ways to view your information Vesting schedule This panel displays your entire vesting schedule details relating to the grant. Performance Event Details This panel displays your performance breakdown relating to the grant/award. Exporting your data You can now download your Grant/Award and Vesting information into an Excel spreadsheet. To do this, click on the Excel icon shown here. Your data will then downloaded into.xls format, as seen below.
