APSON is the translation of the word turn on at the Greek Pontiac dialect. That is the reason why our logo is flame and it is the flame of Pontos that led Anastasia Psomiadi to found APSON company in December 2007, imparting her experience, specialized knowledge and beliefs on corporate social responsibility (CSR) towards entrepreneurial environment, organizations and community. APSON is a unique communication company specialized in Corporate Social Responsibility! The fundamental vision of APSON is to place CSR at the appropriate position at the heart of the strategic planning of enterprises, organizations, individuals. APSON using a skillful team of experienced and inspired corporate executives, illustrates that CRS is a basic necessity for every organization.

APSON s innovative ideas are based on the new dimension given to CSR, being free from subordinate practices that could restrict it as a simple advertisement tool. Modern and substantial CSR is implemented as a path to satisfy the needs of different social teams, focusing on local societies and at the same time adjusted to the current circumstances. SERVICES Strategy Corporate Social Responsibility Consulting and Implementation APSON places CSR at a strategic point in each company, organization, individuals. APSON s approach concerning the growth and the implementation of CSR s strategy is man-centric, based on internationally accepted specifications, such as ΑΑ1000, United Nations Global -Compact, ISO 26000, GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) and SA8000. All the above international standards, form the CSR context of the various fields that CSR can be implemented. Based on the mechanism of social representations, main tool of Social Psychology, the APSON s approach is based on the importance of communication among interested parties (stakeholders), the growth development of a productive interactive dialogue with them, and the focus on local societies, in order to achieve a fulfillment of needs of the social teams and a commitment between the company and the stakeholders (stakeholder engagement). In pararell, in order to identify the most crucial topics of CSR, specialized procedures are also applied through which crucial topics will be identified (materiality analysis / process) according to the procedures of international standards (GRI-G4 & AA1000), using tools and methods of qualitative/ quantitative researches.

SERVICES Configuration of CSR Policy In APSON, we consider the commitment of the Administration of an organization, regarding the CSR, as a crucial prerequisite in order to have a successful implementation of a program, a strategy, or simple CSR actions, as long as financial and administrative resources are required for their execution. Under these circumstances and in order to achieve an accurate timeline during the implementation of a CSR strategy, it is strongly recommended to adoption and apply CSR Policy. Through the CSR policy we give value and combine the existing implemented policies, (in the framework of environmental practices), health and insurance policy of employees, procurement policy. In order to shape the suitable CSR policy: we give value to crucial issues as well as to the already chosen basic pillars and axes of CSR we make researches on an international level and we do benchmarking between the companies of the same field we edit reports on CSR Policy we confirm the reports through interactive procedures

Founder Dr Anstasia Psomiadi Dr Anstasia Psomiadi founded APSON company in 2007, the unique communication company that is specialized in CSR. Her vision has been to combine her knowledge and her experience. She implements the theory of social representations in the planning and realization of the CSR strategy, by evaluating the Social Psychology mechanisms. Through a multi- year experience in local societies and organizations, she innovates by offering a new dimension and effectiveness in the field of communication as well as the CSR. In 2013 she also founded the Social Cooperative Enterprise CRICOS, with which innovative services are offered, on issues of employment, social organizations, and social entrepreneurship. Anstasia Psomiadi was born in Piraeus. She received her PhD (Social Psychology) from the Panteion University in 2006 with excellent marks. Her first university degree was in the field of Athletics and Training from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens as well as she went on with her post graduate education in the Theological Department (MSc in Theology-Religions). She has participated as an instructor in plenty of conferences, seminars and workshops. She has been a communication consultant and project manager for companies as well as organizations. As an organizer of cultural and scientific conferences she participated in many of them in U.S.A., Canada, S. Africa, Egypt, Germany, Belgium, and Australia. She gave plenty of speeches in Greece and to expatriated Greeks on the field of «Greek identity through cultural symbols». She is a founder and administrative member of many organizations (World Congress of Pontiac Hellenism, American-Hellenic Educational Organization-AHEPA and others). She is involved in issues regarding ethical and responsible entrepreneurship. She is also an active member of «Association of female managers & businesswomen-togme», «Hellenic Management Association», «European Business Ethics Network, Ελληνική διαφάνεια Ελλάδος;;; (τι είναι αυτό), Global Compat Hellas, and a mentor of «I for U». Through her involvement in «Athens Kifissia Lions Club», she has contributed to charities. Due to her origins of a Pontiac benefactor family (with influence in society, education, religion factors), she is very sensitive in issues of religion and tradition, as well as in the roots and the expatriated Greeks. Crucial points for her life have been her nomination as a Doctor in 2006 and her participation in the Hellenic mission of the Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople in 2010, during the first Holly Liturgy after 88 years of silence, at the convent Church of Panagia Soumela in Pontos.
