For years, the RTPR management team carefully examined the business model behind modern day network marketing and came to the conclusion that the absolutely, best feature that this industry has is, the ability to produce residual income by leveraging the energy and activities of others. 3. RTPR has committed to place 50% of all Gross Profit, company-wide, into our Affiliate/Vendor Commission Program. 4. RTPR pledges to pay out all (100%) of the Affiliate/Vendor Commission Program to our RTPR Affiliates and ELA Vendors; thus no breakage in the plan. 5. RTPR allows ELA Vendors to purchase POP Boxes at Distributor Price Level in order to resell boxes to retail merchants and make a profit. 6. There are four Commission Categories in RTPR s current Structure Each RTPR product or package is assigned to a commission structure: Category 1 Retail Sales Sales generated online form your personal RTPR Replicated Site. Enterprise Level Pays 24% -*Plus Bonuses Category 2 ELA Standard Wholesale Personal Purchases of Standard Wholesale made by Team Vendors for Resell. Enterprise Level Pays 12% - *Plus Bonuses Category 3 Business-to-Business Sales (B2B), Promotional Sales and ELA Distributor Priced Products for transactions up to $2,500. Enterprise Level Pays 10% Category 4 B2B and Promotional Sales over $2,500 pays on the following scale: o $2,500 - $4,999 Pays 9% Commission o $5,000 - $7,499 Pays 8% Commission o $7,500 - $9,999 Pays 7% Commission o $10,000 - $24,999 Pays 6% Commission o $ 25,000 - $100,000 Pays 5% Commission o over $100,000 Pays 4% Commission Note: In Category 3 and 4 - Level 2 pays 50% of Level 1 Commission & Levels 3-7 pay 10% of Level 1 Commissions RTPR s Affiliate/Vendor Commission Pool Payouts Above and beyond the 100% markup profit you receive immediately when reselling RTPR, below are other ways you earn as a Vendor! Direct Online Sales Referral Depending on the ELA Vendor Level, RTPR pays commissions up to 24% of online Retail sales, and up to 12% of online Wholesale sales. Generational Organization Sales depending on the ELA Vendor Level, vendors can earn commissions through Seven (7) generations of sales activity from your entire sales organization. Simply put, earning money on Seven (7) generations is much more powerful than Two (2) generations offered by the likes of Amazon and Wal-mart. Monthly Leadership Bonuses Monthly Leadership Bonuses are up to 2% override of all Category 1 and 2 sales volumes within your entire sales organization from i.e., up to 2% monthly bonus on both Retail and Wholesale sales.

Enjoy Living Again Diamond Club is an exclusive club that is reserved for the top producing ELA Vendors (see below). Diamond Club Members will receive Quarterly Profit Sharing Bonuses up to $25,000 per quarter. Leadership Levels and Qualifications: 1. Active Enterprise An Enterprise Level Vendor who buys a self purchase package in current Month Earns ½% Monthly Leadership Bonus. 2. Managing Enterprise Vendor B. Has sponsored (at least) 4 Active Enterprise Vendors C. Earns (at least) $250 in Base Commission* Earns 1% Monthly Leadership Bonus 3. Executive Enterprise Vendor (DIAMOND CLUB) B. Has sponsored at least 4 Managing Enterprise Vendors C. Earns (at least) $1,500 in Base Commission* D. Has personally sponsored (at least) 4 Managing Enterprise Vendors E. 50% of Base Commission Earnings must come from Levels 3-7 ELA Diamond Club Member and Qualifies for Quarterly Bonus Pool Up to $5,000 per quarter Earns 1½% Monthly Leadership Bonus. 4. Senior Enterprise Vendor (DIAMOND CLUB) B. Earns (at least) $2,500 in *Base Commission in previous month C. Has Sponsored (at least) 4 Executive and 4 Managing Enterprise Vendors D. 50% of Base Commission Earnings must come from Levels 3-7 ELA Diamond Club Member and Qualifies for Quarterly Bonus Pool Up to $25,000 per quarter Earns 2% from Monthly Leadership Bonus Guaranteed $100,000 Annual Income*** *Base Commission does not include Monthly Leadership Bonus *** TERMS OF THE GUARANTEE: If after 12 consecutive calendar months of qualified ELA SENIOR ENTERPRISE VENDOR Status, an ELA SENIOR ENTERPRISE VENDOR does NOT earn at least $100,000.00, RTPR, LLC will make a direct payment to the ELA SENIOR ENTERPRISE VENDOR equivalent to the shortfall. For example: If you earned $91,000 after 12 consecutive calendar months as a qualified ELA SENIOR ENTERPRISE VENDOR then RTPR, LLC will pay you an additional $9,000.00 to bring your income up to $100,000.00 The Quarterly Profit Sharing Payout RTPR has committed to pay 50% of all Gross Profit out in commission through the ELA Vendor and Affiliate Programs. No matter how the compensation plan is designed there are unearned commissions and most companies call this breakage and also profit greatly from it. RTPR believes that money belongs to our Diamond Club Vendors and pays the money out through the Quarterly Profit Sharing Payout.

Bonuses are paid proportionally to Enjoy Living Again Diamond Club Members. The Quarterly Profit Sharing Bonuses are paid through a formula that takes into consideration how many months Enjoy Living Again Diamond Club Members have qualified for that quarter, how much organizational sales volume they had in the current quarter and what percentage of the Quarterly Profit Sharing Pool that qualifies them to receive. The formula will also includes a bonus for each consecutive month a person/business is an ELA Diamond Club Member. No Enjoy Living Again Diamond Club Member will be paid more than $25,000 of the pool in any given quarter. If in any quarter, the money in the pool exceeds the money paid out for that particular quarter, the excess money will be used to create promotional programs that will be designed to increase overall product sales of the company. The pool is divided as follow 70% of pool is dedicated to Senior Enterprise Vendors and 30% of pool is dedicated to Executive Enterprise Vendors Definition of Terms Active Vendor is an Enterprise Level Vendor who has purchased at least $50 in wholesale product in a month for resell. Affiliate is a person or company that promotes a company s product on the internet. Vendor is a person or company that sells RTPR via retail sales. Tier is used to describe the position that a person or company is placed when they are referred by another affiliate or vendor. Generations is the term used to describe tiers 3-7. Gross Profit is gross sales minus cost of goods and operating expenses. Breakage is used to describe commissions that are not paid out due to affiliates or vendors failing to qualify for the maximum compensation plan. Affiliate/Vendor Commission Pool is the pool in which 50% of all gross profit is reserved for commission payouts. Generation Sales and Sales Organization all sales within vendors qualified generations. ELA Vendor level describes the various vendor levels i.e., Basic, Advanced, Enterprise, Managing Enterprise, Executive Enterprise and Senior Enterprise.
