SLOTTED ANGLE SHELVING Slotted angle shelving is a system of reusable metal strips used to construct shelving, frames, work benches, equipment stands and other structures. The name derives, first, from the use of elongated slots punched into the metal at uniform intervals to enable assembly of structures fixed with nuts and bolts, and second, from the longitudinal folding of the metal strips to form a right angle. BOLT - FREE SHELVING Adjustable Bolt-Free shelving allows more flexible use of shelves to hold items of value for storage, display or sale. Like fixed shelves, the horizontal surface is normally made up of strong materials such as wood or steel, but their exact vertical positioning can be varied through the use of frames into which supporting brackets or shelves themselves can be fixed at different heights. DRIVE-IN PALLET RACKING Drive-In Racking is recommended where multiple unit loads per stock keeping unit need to be stored. The high density of storage attained and the relative ease or accessibility make this rack system ideal for cold storage, bulk storage production areas or premarshalling areas. Where a first-in, first-out operation is required, drive-thru storage systems require a two aisle configuration. drive-in racking allows maximum cube utilisation with one aisle and firstin, last-out storage. 11
SHUTTLE RACKING Our Shuttle Racking System is a semiautomated storage solution for the handling of goods inside channels similar to a drive-in setup. The Pallet Shuttle System removes the need for forklift trucks to enter the aisles and hence assuring the maximum use of the warehousing, making the facility more productive and efficient. Shuttles are powered by an innovative Lithium Ion battery easy to recharge and managed by an interactive radio transmitter, moves goods on pallets into the drive-in channels. They pick up, drop and reorganize pallets in the storage channels. 12
VNA (VERY NARROW AISLE) Very narrow aisle otherwise known as VNA, is the use of selective pallet racking in a tighter configuration to provide maximum space utilization within a storage facility. These systems typically operate in conjunction with reach-truck systems. A distinct advantage of a narrow aisle pallet racking is fast picking without large aisles which results in improved use of space. When there is limited space, a compact storage method is ideal. Fully adjustable system flexibility and space saving aisles can be manipulated as one to give the greatest amount of pallet storage locations. 13
CANTILEVER RACKING PLASTIC PALLETS, BINS & LOCKERS Cantilever shelving is ideal for storage of goods such as bundles of tubes or planks characterized by volume and dimensions that may make it difficult to position. It is also suitable for pallets and metal containers. The Cantilever shelving is characterized by a remarkable modularity, both in height and in depth.
