He contributed to the writing of the 2nd and 3rd editions of ISO 14001 and has worked as a third-party EMS/RCMS/OHSAS auditor since 2002. John now serves as international chair of ISO TC 207 Subcommittee 4 on Environmental Performance Evaluation, the subcommittee responsible for ISO 14031 on Environmental performance evaluation and other related standards. He also consults on greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory preparation and works as a third-party verifier of GHG inventories, mitigation projects, and product carbon footprints. v
