Shape Memory TPE Thermomechanical Test (Internal Method) Mark the specimen with distance 25.4mm (D1) at 25 C. D1 Immerse specimen in water at 70 C for 10s, take out and stretch it to 50.8mm (D2) between the marks D2 Maintain the stretched distance and immerse the specimen in 25 C water for 10s Take specimen out of water, release applied force on the specimen rest at 25 C for 30s. Measure the distance between the marks (D3) Immerse in 70 C water for 10s. Cool to 25 C and measure the distance between the marks (D4).
