Cross Race opportunities offer the opportunity to zero in on a first choice topic for further vision development and action planning with intent to move the needle and impact the future state for multicultural women in the workplace. Leadership StoryTalk sessions: listen and engage with Business Executives, subject matter experts, and influencers as they reveal their challenges, lessons and triumphs. Practice skills and outline tangible action plans during hands-on Vision Planning Workshops Diversity Executives Round Tables feature fresh research and in-depth discussion on topics that include covering, unconscious bias and women s leadership and how these impact the advancement of multicultural women in the workplace Executive coaches will explore top of mind challenges, burning issues or exciting opportunities tied to next level goals and dreams during one-on-one sessions ABOUT THE CONFERENCE POWERFUL SPEAKERS: Inspirational Speakers, Thought Leaders and Trailblazers will.
