By attending you are supporting the research and conservation of manta rays in Indonesia. Get up close and personal with these majestic gentle giants as you observe the Marine Megafauna Foundation SE Asia (MMF) research team capturing important data that will contribute to their protection into the future. A field trip to swim with the mantas and marine education talks will be scheduled throughout the week. A donation is made from each guests fees to support the work of MMF. Accommodation Selection Please select your package carefully, as last minute changes may not be possible. Two styles of accommodation are on offer while on Nusa Lembongan. For those extending to join us on Nusa Penida, all accommodation is the same. NUSA LEMBONGAN (6 & 10 day retreat) Garden Bungalows - the home of the 'Yoga Shack' and a world class dive centre, this property is set amidst lovely tropical gardens. Rooms are simple, clean & comfortable, fan cooled, private semi-outdoor bathrooms with cool water (perfect in April), shady verandah, hammock, beautiful pool & wifi. Private Bamboo Deluxe Villas set just outside at the front entrance of the Garden Bungalows, these deluxe rooms are of bamboo construction, air conditioned, have gorgeous semi-outdoor bathrooms, Wifi, bar fridge, private gated garden and pool access. * Only 4 villas available - 3 KS + 1 Twin Share NUSA PENIDA (10 day retreat only)
Island Bungalows An oasis of tranquility This location for the additional 3 nights, offers charming bungalows each with their own terrace, recycled wooden furniture, air conditioning, semi-outdoor bathroom, lush green surrounds & shared crystal clear pool. Single and Twin share options available. RETREAT ACTIVITIES Yoga Yoga practiced throughout the retreat is suitable for beginner to intermediate students. (Complete beginners are very welcome). We will share classes very accessible to everyone Our daily practices bring together both yin and yang energies to create beautiful balance (Tao) and tune into the cycles of nature and what everyone needs collectively at the time. Additional, fun and nourishing sessions exploring other healing practices will also be incorporated and added into the program when time permits (e.g. headstand workshop, floor massage, partner yoga) Extra Saltwater Play There's no shortage of things to do while visiting these special islands. Cycling, swimming, surfing, snorkelling, mangrove exploring, SUP, pampering or simply relaxing. Explore the island and watch the traditional seaweed farmers at work, or witness one of the frequent ceremonial processions taking place on these very traditional islands. While on Lembongan, we are based at one of the set dive centres on the island offering daily open water dives and training opportunities.
