Accessories Collation table CT2000 Film splicer The collation table CT2000 is a fully automatic collation table for the intermediate storage of products. By using a film splicer, the exchange of the empty film roll for a new one takes place automatically. Shrink The heat tunnel (shrink) is used to shrink product collations. The collations are transported through a heat tunnel over a cross member conveyor, with a film overhang on both sides. Turn table The turn table DT 1500 is a compact unit to transport products of various sizes from a transport conveyor in one single row. The CT2000 is also available in a mirrored machine version as well as a special version with extendible placement area for cases, which facilitates manual packaging by your employees to a considerable extent. 14

Track & Trace / Serialization Complete traceability and protection against forgery By integrating track & trace components in the end-of-line packaging process, the circle of traceability in manufacturing pharmaceutical products is completed without gap. By means of 1D/2D codes, products may be marked, aggregated and tracked. In addition, packaging means, patient information and quality characteristics in the packaging process can be verified. Track & Trace / Serialization Application example CaseTeq 145CP Process steps: - In-feed of the products into the stacking unit - Collation of every single layer in the stacking unit and onward transport to the product infeed - Taking a picture of the carton codes of every single layer through the pusher plate (single shot) after pushing it into the case - Carton closure with tape or hotmelt glue - Case labelling - Control of label presence and correctness, when necessary reject of the incorrect case - Onward transport of the good case Application example CaseTeq 100CP Process steps: - In-feed of the products - Code control with camera for carton codes or bundle labels - Reject of products in case of bad reading (with countercheck) - Collation of products in the stacking unit in case of good reading - Signal exchange with serialization system when case is filled - Label print is activated à Feedback: label is printed à Application of label - Discharge of case onto a non-driven roller conveyor - Operator closes rear dust flap and pushes the case into the taper - Label control inside taper / case closure - Reject of case if good signal is missing (with countercheck) - Machine only continues filling if the camera recognizes the right label (correct order must be adhered to) 18
