2 INTEGRA 520 Integrated Robotized Blister Line Integra 520 is a robotized blister line, integrating the two operations of blister thermoforming and packaging in cartons. The line is composed of two sections, each managed by a PC, and it is characterized by its compact size and flexibility. 4 Rear forming area Forming station managed by servo driven motors, situated at the back of the machine, to guarantee maximum compactness and protect from fumes in the front working area Independently driven, self-aligning, pre-heating plates Automatic reel unwinder driven by a servo driven motor, with automatic stop when reel is ending Film positioned by servo driven motor Automatic pitch adjustment from the display Standard double thermoforming material reels of 600 mm diameter each; the splicing unit is equipped with an integrated cutter and an automatic vacuum system, to block the film in the correct position. 4

5 Flat sealing area Continuous motion horizontal flat sealing The combined movements of the film, intermittent and pulling, allow the materials more time for sealing and controlling the temperature preserving the integrity of the product Constant pressure over the surface of the blister ensures optimal sealing uniformity Automatic opening of the plates if the machine stops, to protect the web, foil cover and product 5

9 Continuous motion cartoner section The blister machine and the cartoner can operate independently The two sections of the line can be divided by a separating wall, so that the line can be positioned in work environments with different cleanliness classifications 9

10 Carton feeding and opening High precision and accuracy in carton handling with direct transfer on the toothed belt Main machine transport belt equipped with two pushers and two guiding fingers hold the cartons still during product insertion Carton pick-up from magazine combined with carton opening Ergonomic design for easy access and maintenance 10

11 Product insertion Electronic group for product insertion equipped with counterpushers, driven by servo motors, with built-in safety features If the carton and/or leaflet is missing or blisters are incorrectly stacked, the blister is not inserted in the carton and goes into the good blister bin 11
