Location of Exhibits The exhibit hall areas are configured to facilitate continuous interaction between exhibitors and attendees. Meals, breaks and receptions will be catered in the exhibit hall for all attendees to have the opportunity for optimal networking. Friday, October 13 7:30 a.m. 2 p.m. Exhibit Hall Hours (Breakfast, Lunch and Morning Break will be held in the Exhibit Hall) 7: 10 p.m. Friday Night Special Event: Acadiana Cancellation Policy Exhibitors submitting written requests for cancellation of booth space more than 90 days prior to the start date of the conference in which the booth is reserved will receive a full refund less a $50 administration fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations within 90 days of the start date of the conference. Except as the Exhibitor s rental obligation will be refunded as set forth in the preceding sentences, the Exhibitor is responsible for the total booth rental irrespective of the reason for cancellation by the Exhibitor or because of the failure of an Exhibit to arrive for any reason.
