After the initial screening, the training is delivered through registered public and private training providers, to qualify trainees to join the labor force. 2- Economic & Social Empowerment of Women The program aims to create social and economic gender equality, and provide economic autonomy to the most socially vulnerable women and girls. This is conducted through professional training of girls and women with the latest scientific techniques under the supervision of skilled trainers approved by ITC. The program also aims to train women on the principles of entrepreneurship, how to start small businesses, successful product marketing and creating autonomous sources of income. This program is executed in cooperation with several strategic partners and Egyptian governmental entities, civic society entities and private sector companies. 3- Heraffy Program The program s mission is to create a generation of self-employed, technically-skilled entrepreneurs of both genders. The program trains unemployed youth on skills that are in high demand in the targeted region, based on a previously conducted skills needs assessment.
