PH: 601.720.0668 ~ REACHINGOTHERS@YAHOO.COM GENERAL RULES AND GUIDELINES I. Entry to the Festival a. Applications are received and reviewed by the Committee. b. All food must be cooked on site and crafts must be handmade by the Vendor. Craft vendors, if your items are already made, please provide documentation that you have legal rights to sell. c. The fee for each space is $50 for craft vendors and $100 for food vendors (only 3-4 food vendors are allowed to sell the same items, first come basis; one business per space allowed). II. III. Procedure of Show a. Vendors are required to be present in order to sell their own merchandise. No vendors are allowed to sell water. b. Vendors can come and setup as early as 10 am and remain until 6 pm. No vendor can leave before 6 pm. If you have items to sell, please make sure someone is watching your booth at all times. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Acceptance of Festival a. A vendor application must be on file before you enter the Festival. All paperwork and payments are due by April 15, 2017. b. All vendors must exhibit and sell only arts, crafts, and food entered on the application. Additional items must be approved by the Committee prior to the event. c. All vendors must make their own provision for shade, rain, and seating. d. Each vendor can bring two other persons to work the booth. e. No refunds for cancellations.
IV. Regulations a. Certified vendors and their representatives shall conduct themselves in a safe and courteous manner. Any vulgar language or profanity is prohibited. Consumption of alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, and other behavior modifying substances is forbidden. b. Sellers are expected to treat each other, staff, customers, officials, and attendants with utmost respect. c. NO WEAPONS ARE ALLOWED! d. Any complaints about other sellers should be made to Shavonnda Allen and never customers or attendants. e. Sellers are expected to wear proper attire during festival hours, including shirt and shoes. V. Liability Insurance a. Vendors must carry a $100,000 certificate of liability insurance naming Reaching Others Outreach and Gifted Creations, LLC as additional insured. If you do not have insurance, you must sign a Waiver in order to protect Reaching Others Outreach, Gifted Creations, LLC, and yourself. VI. VII. Food Vendors a. Food vendors are required to follow all State and Federal Laws concerning the handling, preparation, and distribution of all products. A copy of any necessary paperwork/permits is to be filed with Management. Incompatible Activities a. The following activities are prohibited within the festival: campaigning for or against any electoral candidate or ballot measure; campaigning for election to any public office; circulating an initiative or referendum petition; unauthorized solicitation; and commercial photography or videotaping. For purposes of this prohibition, unauthorized solicitation means solicitation that is unrelated to the festival, is not conducted from an authorized selling space or both. Violation of these prohibitions may result in eviction from the festival for the remainder of that day.

WAIVER I, Owner of whose address is hereinafter as Seller ), in consideration of being provided selling space at the Summer Fest 2017 (hosted by Reaching Others Outreach) agrees to the following terms and conditions: 1. Seller shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reaching Others Outreach, Gifted Creations, LLC, it s employees and volunteers from and against any and all loss, damages, liability, claims, suits, costs and expenses, whatsoever, including reasonable attorneys fees arising from or in any manner connected to the willful misconduct or to the passively or actively negligent acts, errors, or omissions of Seller, it s employees, and volunteers, in connection with Seller s participation in the Summer Fest 2017 and in the performance of services, work or activities under this agreement and the Reaching Others Outreach General Rules & Guidelines. 2. Seller acknowledges receipt of and agrees to comply with each and every rule, regulation, procedure, term and condition set forth in the Reaching Others Outreach General Rules & Guidelines.
