Plunder Design New Stylist Packet

Plunderful Life... 100 Days to Success Achieve at least $500 PRV within days 1-40 Achieve at least $500 PRV within days 41-70 Achieve at least $700 PRV within days 71-100 You can view your progress toward these goals in your My Evo which is located in your back office. Simply go to: My EVO Reports In the drop down click 30/60/90 and you can see your dates and your volume reached within each range. Once you reach a goal, you do not have to contact Plunder. They will send your goodies when they run their reports. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your goodies ship to you!

Let s Get this Party Started Keep a party open at all times so you can always grab those extra benefits! They can be used to build your own personal collection, earn some items for giveaways, offer a half off or free item to one of your best customers as a thank you! or however you see fit! Just don t let those orders random order that people send in go to waste! Put them in a party! If you are doing bulk orders, set a couple of dates per month and let customers know when you will be putting those in. This will save on shipping and you can just charge them a couple bucks each, or offer free shipping and cover the cost. Watch the training videos in your back office on hosting a party and claiming hostess rewards. In order to claim your host rewards, you will have to close the party. Please note: once you close a party, you cannot open it back up. If you place orders through the website instead of clicking through in your back office, you will need to enter your party orders via your Party URL to ensure your party order is attached. If you or a customer place an order on your website instead of through a Party URL, you WILL get volume and commission, but the order WILL NOT count toward your party. Please note: Customer service CANNOT move orders to parties once they are submitted, so make sure your order is placed in the Party URL or in the party via your back office. IMPORTANT: Our system does NOT allow split credit card payments. This means if you are taking multiple orders and putting them together to save on shipping, you will have to use one credit card for the entire order. Many stylists use Square or Paypal to take payments. This will be further discussed in another section of this document. A Few Ways to Party: Host a Launch Party: Introduce these fabulous products to all of your family and friends and their families and friends! They are going to flip over this reasonably priced vintage awesomeness! Home Party: These are the absolute best way to showcase your product. If customers can see it, feel it, and try it on, you are pretty much guaranteed to make a sale! It s also highly likely that you will get another booking or sign your next stylist. Share the opportunity and tell them what Plunder has done for you! Don t be pushy or salesy this product absolutely sells itself!

30 minute Facebook Party: Let s face it people don t always have time to host a home party. Facebook parties are hassle free! All the hostess has to do is invite guests, get them excited, and give you 30 minutes of their time on the night of the party. Check out the mock facebook parties in our Plunder groups for more details. Catalog Order: Put a couple of catalogs and several order forms in a folder for your hostess. Send a few pieces of jewelry with them so their friends can see the quality. Many stylists put all of the items on one order and ship it to themselves if the orders are local. When it arrives, the stylist can separate and bag up for the customer, then deliver. People love to be catered to! Take care of your customers and they are sure to come back! Of course, direct shipping is also available, but it costs just a bit more to do that. Boutique in a Bag: This is similar to cash and carry. You can send pieces in a jewelry organizer with prices attached and girls can sell it right out of the bag in their office! Then you just re-order the pieces to get your volume. (You will need to have your items priced beforehand. Stylists usually add $2 and tax to each item. This will cover shipping when you re- stock the items) Vendor Fairs: This is a great opportunity to showcase your product and get the Plunder name out there! The choice is yours whether you want to stock up and do cash and carry, or take orders. You must submit a pre-approval application to Plunder before participating. This is basically just to ensure that another stylist has not already signed up to participate in the same event. This document can be found in your back office under Resources and then Event Pre-Approval Application. **You will probably be meeting your next hostess or maybe even your next stylist at these parties so show your excitement and take care of each customer equally!** Your husband called. He said buy all the Plunder you want!

Atlas and Photo Pendants IMPORTANT: COPYRIGHT images will NOT be allowed by Plunder There are several Plunder groups devoted to atlas and photo pendants. They have countless image albums and many gals that will help you create a perfect piece, or at least give you the tools to do so. Have your upline add you! If a customer wants a certain quote, verse, etc., stylists usually create something using apps like PicsArt, Phonto, Pic Collage, Monogram it, or Monogram Lite. There are countless others. It is not recommended to share an image on social media, unless you are prepared to order that exact image for a customer. Make sure you have original artwork ready when orders are placed. IMPORTANT INFO: Please make sure images are not copyrighted and that they don t have a watermark. No sports teams logos! Get creative! Atlas and Lorena Pendant: these images will be cropped into a circle when placing the order. Items will be created exactly as shown on your screen. Please make sure you are happy with all cropping, lighting, and overall appearance before submitting. Photo Pendants: these will be cropped into a square or rectangle when placing the order. All photo pendants are double sided and both images must be uploaded upon submission. Items will be created exactly as shown on your screen. Please make sure you are happy with all cropping, lighting, and overall appearance before submitting. IMPORTANT: It is highly stressed to submit your images immediately after ordering. Waiting to submit at a later time may cause confusion when trying to locate your order and complete customization. o When placing a custom order, you will select your item and any add ons (beads, charms, monograms). You will submit payment and complete your order. AFTER you complete your order, you will be taken to a screen where you can customize your items. DO THIS RIGHT AWAY IF POSSIBLE!* o On the right, there is a tab that says customize items. Click this option and you will be taken to a new screen where your items are listed. You will edit each item separately. This is where you will upload images and crop (if necessary). o If you have an Atlas, you will have a silver tag to customize (currently we do not offer gold tags. All tags are silver). If you order one line of characters you can have up to 13 characters If you order two lines you can have up to 10 characters on the top an 12 on the bottom Characters include spaces or punctuation marks. There are also symbols available. Additional tags can be purchased for $10 each (item number PAT01) Please Note: Once you have completed your customizations, there is a FINAL button you must click to complete your order. Once you click Complete, you cannot make any changes. *If for some reason you were not able to upload the image immediately after checkout, you will have to log into the party with the hostess log-in information you were given when you created the party. It is very important that you save this information each time you create a party. Write it down, or take a screenshot for your records.

Join the Plunder Posse! Plunder Posse is a $25 flat (tax and shipping included) exclusive monthly jewelry subscription. When you sign up for the posse, you will receive 1-3 pieces of jewelry each month that are not featured in the catalog. You also have the option to cancel at any time! It is a good idea as a stylist to sign up for the posse and encourage your customers to do so as well! By doing so, you will be guaranteed that volume every month. Think about it: 8 posse subscriptions per month will keep you in active stylist status! Consider joining the posse today! You can view your Posse subscribers on your My Evo dashboard on the far right to keep track of those members. It's also good customer service to send them a thank you card every now and then for being a Posse member.

Suggested Methods of Payment Many stylists rarely ever have a customer order directly through their website unless it is a guest from a Facebook party. Even then, stylists offer to place the order for them. Why? Customers like to be catered to! It cuts out any extra work for them and you are able to make sure they are getting exactly what they want, which in turn builds a relationship with your customers. It also ensures the order is placed under the party and the host gets credit. (Remember, orders cannot be moved under a party after they have been submitted). This is also a great time to upsell the customer by suggesting a matching bracelet or earrings. Let s talk about a few ways you can take payment: Cash or Check- Cash is easy! You take the cash and submit the order using your credit card. Checks can be tricky. Many stylists do not accept checks for fear of insufficient funds or fraudulent uses. Checks must be made to the stylist, not Plunder. Then, the stylist in turn enters the order using his/her credit card. Be cautious if you decide to accept checks. Credit Card- There are many customers who don t feel comfortable giving out their credit card information via text, Facebook messenger, etc. However, there are customers who don t mind at all. When taking their cc info, be sure to get their billing and shipping address as well. Don t forget, you can t split credit card payments. Paypal/PayPal Debit/PayPal Me link- If you don t have a paypal account, it is recommended that you get one. It s free and so easy! Once you set up the account, request the PayPal DEBIT card. This is such a great tool because the payment goes immediately to the card and you can immediately type in the card number to use for payment. Otherwise it can take 3-5 business days to be transferred to your bank account. Please note: it is not required to use Paypal or their debit card. If you have another credit card you prefer to use, please do so. This is simply an option many stylists have used. Once you sign up for the debit card you will then want to sign up for the PayPal Me link. You can make up your own link name. Here is an example: http://paypal.me/plunderdesignbyjanedoe/ Save this link in your phone, then all you have to do is copy it each time you send an invoice. Once you paste it into a text, or fb messenger, all you have to do is add the amount at the end: http://paypal.me/plunderdesignbyjanedoe/29.68 All your customer has to do is click the link! If they don t have a paypal account, it s no big deal because once they click this link they can just enter their card information! Also- always tell them to pay as friends and family to avoid fees. Please Note: using friends and family does not provide buyer/seller protection from Paypal so do this at your own risk. Many stylists use the invoicing option and invoice their customers with an itemized list. This function will save your customer s information in your Paypal so you can use it for future orders. It makes organization a breeze for you and you never have to ask your customer for their shipping address or email address again! Customers receive the invoice in their email and are prompted to pay. Again, they are not required to have a Paypal account. They can use

any credit card they prefer. This option DOES charge the stylist a fee, but it IS covered by buyer/seller protection by Paypal. **Please Note: All Paypal fees are a tax write off for your business. Paypal Swiper: Paypal does have a card swiper you can request. It plugs right into your smart phone or tablet. This is great to use at home parties or vendor events when customers don t feel comfortable giving you their info or if you are trying to save time during the ordering process. Square- Square- this little attachment is great for in home parties and vendor events. It plugs right into your phone for easy payment and all you have to do is download the app! SO easy and it s FREE! It does take a day or so to transfer to your bank account, but it usually takes that long to get all of the orders entered anyway! Square also has options for taking payments online. Make sure you research which option is best for you: Paypal or Square. Talk with your sponsor if you have more questions. **Paypal and Square are NOT required for this business. These tools simply provide a more convenient experience for the customer and often times, the stylist. The Compensation Plan and Ranking Up! Do not become overwhelmed by the compensation plan! Set a goal for yourself each month and take it one rank up at a time! Maybe you want to work on adding more stylists, increasing your volume, or simply figuring out what you need to do in order to rank up. These are all things that will get you to the next level of the compensation plan. You will start by earning 20% of your retail sales. Once you sell your first $1,000 and have one active stylist under you, and have sold at least $400 within that month, you will earn 25%-30% for the rest of your time as a stylist, contingent upon monthly rank status. To be considered an "active stylist," you must sell at least $200/month. However, you will get paid even if you sell less than that as long as the commission check equals at least $10. Otherwise it will be added to the following month s commission check. **Please note: if you do not sell $200 in a given month, you are still considered a Plunder stylist; just not an "active" one. To earn off of your downline you will need to sell at least $400 each month ($500 for PEEPS). EASY! That can be ONE party! Check the ranks in the chart below to see how many active stylists you will need to earn commission at that level. Make sure to reach out to your sponsor if you have questions about the compensation plan. Volume Types: Personal Retail Volume: the amount of retail volume you sell each month (not including tax and shipping.) Your personal commissions are calculated from this amount each month. Wholesale Volume: 70% of the retail price. You are compensated on your downline based on their wholesale volume. Rank advancement minimums for your group volume are calculated on wholesale volume. Please Note: this only applies if you have stylists under you and you have ranked up to Posh Consultant or above.

Plunder Compensation Plan:

Customer Care and Service Customer Service #: 1-877-276-5627 Customer Service Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm MST LOVE, appreciate, and take care of your customers!! Send thank you notes Check in with them to see how they are loving their jewels. You just might discover that they want the necklace or earrings to match! Follow-up is HUGE in this business! If there is a problem with their order, offer them 20% off of their next order or send them a $5 Starbucks card or free earrings. Just make them feel loved! Yes, this comes out of your pocket, but again, this is a tax write off for your business. PLEASE make sure that you report every tiny issue you have to customer service! This could be: a broken item, missing jewel, defective clasp, tarnishing, cracked pendants, etc. If they don t know about a problem, they won t be able to fix it or ensure that it doesn t happen again. We are a newer company and there will be hiccups, but you can be assured that our CS department is top-notch! To submit a jewelry exchange due to defect or damage, simply log into your My Evo account. Click on your name in the top right corner. Then click Support Link. You will be prompted to Create a New Ticket. Make sure to include as much information as possible about the order: order number, customer name, *QC code, description of the problem, etc. You will also need to upload a picture of the piece showing the damage or defect. *The QC code is the red code stamped inside the box the piece arrived in. Whenever possible, please include this number in your exchange details. To submit a return because customer did not like the piece, etc, you will need to complete a form in your back office. This can be located under Resources and then Return/Exchange Form. All information must be completed and the jewelry must be shipped back with this form to Plunder. The shipping cost is not covered by Plunder. The stylist or customer must pay for this. Once the item(s) is received by Plunder, the refund process begins. This can take multiple days before the amount is refunded to the credit card. Something to keep in mind is the fact that this IS costume jewelry and there may be issues here and there, but our low price points drive our sales! We have an incredible 90-day return policy.

A Few Extra Plunderful Tips: Make sure you take time to watch all of the training videos in your back office, under resources. It s very beneficial to see someone going through the motions of opening and closing a party, setting up autoships, etc. Below you will find some useful tips Spread the Love of Plunder Wear it, of course! You will receive lots of compliments! Always keep business cards and catalogs in your purse/car If you haven t already, start a Facebook group! IMPORTANT: Make sure your Facebook group does not have the word Plunder or any variation of Plunder in the name. For example: things like Sarah s Plunder VIP or Mary s Plunderific Group are NOT permitted by Plunder. Things like Sarah s Jewelry VIP group or Mary s Bling Boutique ARE perfectly acceptable. Make sure you are compliant. Signing a New Stylist Hooray! You re well on your way to building your very own team! You will need to send your potential stylist to your personal website to get his/her business started! They will then click Become a Stylist and choose the starter kit. They will also have the option to add the Plunder Posse. After that, he/she will begin filling out their personal information. (The website may ask for the sponsor s ID, so make sure you send that to him/her as well.) Remind your new stylist to: Write down the stylist number assigned up enrollment Write down the username and password that was chosen upon enrollment Fill out and send in the W9 form found in the My Evo resources tab. Ordering Personalized Items with Hostess Rewards Hostess orders are placed differently for custom items. Once you follow all of the steps mentioned above, you MUST log out and log into your Hostess account and finalize the order. Failure in doing this will result in your host s custom items sitting in a queue and not being processed. When creating your party, you are given Hostess log in information. It is very important that you save this information. Write it down or take a screen shot. You will need this information later when submitting an order with custom pieces. After you have uploaded all customizations, log into this host account. In their order history, you will find the party order. There is a red button on the right that will say Complete Customization. Make sure this button is clicked in the hostess account. Once you do this, the host s order will process.

Setting up Customer Accounts There are two ways to set up a customer account. The first can be done directly on the stylist s website or under a party URL. The stylist or the customer can do this. The customer must SHOP first. Then at checkout they will be prompted to create their account. Once the account is created, that customer is saved under that stylist and his/her shipping and email addresses are saved in the system. They will be required to use their ID and password to log in for future orders. The second way is through the stylist s back office. This method is fast and easy and only stylists can do it this way (not the customer). Simply go to your My Evo, My Parties, Manage Parties and then into an open party. When you click add order you are given the option Myself or A Customer. When you select customer you can either create their account or search for an existing customer. When you create their account, the customer will be emailed a user ID and password so they can use that same account for future orders. You will not be setting up a password for them. It is auto-generated by Plunder. Once you create the customer, their shipping and email information will be saved in the system. Then for future orders, simply search for that customer and you will find the account you created. You do not need to log in. You will simply add items, pay, and check out for the customer. It s extremely easy. Many stylists do all the ordering for their customers. Doing orders in your back office under Manage Parties is fast and ensures the order is attached to the party! **Please note: Our system does not allow you to hold orders in your cart for hours or days. It will time out after a short time and make you re-enter everything all over again. Plunder Print Shop Plunder print shop is a website where you can find Plunder branded promotional products for your business. We offer apparel, banners, printed business cards, thank you cards, office supplies, and more! Make sure you check it out for all of your plunderful needs! Visit www.plunderprintshop.com Thank you for taking the time to read this New Stylist Packet. This information is extremely valuable to your business and will help guide you to success! If at any time you have questions, please reach out to your direct sponsor first. He/She should be able to help you. However, in the event that your sponsor cannot help you, there are many other stylists in the Facebook groups who will try to help you with your questions. We wish you the best of luck on this journey and are so happy you Chose to Plunder!
