Power of a Written Plan People that have a written plan for the day accomplish in six hours what another person without a written plan requires eight hours to accomplish. Written plans immediately increases your efficiency and that of your team by +25% by having write down their daily plans. The 25% increase in efficiency adds to the bottom line without adding any cost only changing behavior and expectations. A daily plan should list only 70 80% of what can be actually accomplished (otherwise a setup for failure) More work gets done at the beginning of the day when people are the freshest and most alert. You and your team feel better about your careers, and employee turnover rates go down, and training costs go down. 25
